Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Paralia Koum Κapi

Loved our stay at Elies Place. It’s in a great location for the beach but far enough not to have disturbance from the busy promenade. Silver was a brilliant help, nothing was too much and she really made our stay better. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It is a minute away from a bakery and two minutes from a supermarket. The local people were so friendly and spoke to us every morning. The old town is an easy 15-20 minute stroll where there are better restaurants but significantly more expensive. The beach and facilities are great also. Would recommend staying at Elies Place if you’re looking for value for money and great location.

L'alloggio è spazioso e comodo. C'è tutto quello che ti serve compreso cibo e bevande nel frigo al tuo arrivo. È situato in una zona tranquilla a circa 20 a piedi dal centro. Si può mangiare fuori soprattutto se si amano i gatti. Nel complesso abbiamo passato 3 bei giorni.

Magnifique location À environ 8 minutes en voiture du centre, par contre il faut être véhiculé si vous voulez bien visiter les sites autours L'emplacement est calme, très bien équipé et très propre Parking gratuit dans la rue Une vue magnifique sur la terrasse Super literie avec un grand lit je pense 180 large Les petites attentions quand nous sommes arrivés nous ont fait très plaisir La souplesse des horaires pour l'arrivée et le départ nous ont facilite la vie Merci merci 🙏

Au calme après la foule des plages, nous avons apprécié ce joli havre de paix serein et paisible. Au plaisir de revenir et de vous accueillir dans les Cévennes et à Montpellier ! 🙏

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Life. Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, konnten wir schon mittags einchecken. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht und wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Blick war wunderschön und die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

The place was exactly as described. Within walking distance of the old town, bus stop and surrounded by a lot of food options (don't forget to try bougatsa! There are two famous places within a 5-min walk). Hosts were also very very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend, and will stay again if I get the chance to visit another time in the future!

We hebben 14 heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in het verblijf van Marilena. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. Marilena is niet alleen ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk, maar ook bijzonder lief en leuk tegen kinderen. De accommodatie was brandschoon en goed verzorgd. Het privézwembad was een absoluut hoogtepunt: elke ochtend werd het zorgvuldig schoongemaakt door Marilena zelf. Wat we ook erg waardeerden, was dat ze tussentijds – uiteraard in overleg – het huis kwam schoonmaken. Echt topservice! Je merkt aan alles dat Marilena dit met liefde doet en oog heeft voor haar gasten. Kortom: een fantastische plek om te verblijven met een gastvrouw die echt het verschil maakt. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

It was a great size apartment with a great outside space. The pool was lovely. It is a modern clean living space with fabulous welcome touches having wine, homemade pies fruit and cake, Anastasia changed towels on request and gave us recommendations of restaurants. Always available for enquiries, would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning apartment

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft ist wunderbar und wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat einen privaten Garten und eine Terrasse mit Aussicht zur Alleinnutzung. Beides war sehr toll. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, es fehlte uns nichts. Kommunikation mit Michalis hat auch super geklappt. Die Tipps haben wir ausprobiert, in der Taverne in der Nähe der Unterkunft waren wir gleich mehrmals. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Mein Freund und ich waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines schönen modernen Hauses. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Die Lage ist super. Es sind circa 15 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Zentrum Chanias. Mehrere Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Es bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um Kreta zu erkunden. Katerina und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein frischer griechischer Salat, Orangen und Wein. Wir bekamen ein paar Tage später frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten. Katerina war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! 5/5 Sterne!

Красивые, современные апартаменты. Светло и чисто. Все фото соответствуют реальности! Хочется отметить прекрасный дворик, где приятно проводить вечера. Сэнди всегда на связи и готова помочь со всеми возникшими вопросами. Рядом таверны, пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы. Так же рядом есть красивый парк с детской площадкой, ходили туда гулять с дочерью. Так же советуем пройтись вдоль парка, найдёте прекрасные пляжи. Особенно нам полюбился пляж Paralia Agii Apostoli. Учитывайте, что рядом находится кемпинг. Иногда бывает шумно, но нам это не доставило сильного неудобства. А иногда даже нравилось музыкальное сопровождение от туда. Советуем к бронированию!

Cette maison de pêcheurs est un endroit de rêve d’un calme absolu, bercé par le bruit des vagues comme si nous étions sur un bateau. L’endroit est parfait pour se reposer. Les terrasses disposées différemment sont un vrai bonheur. Notre hôte était d’une gentillesse incroyable et prévenant. Nous avons été accueillis avec des des fruits, des figues confites du cake et des biscuits, fait maison, excellent et sa maman nous avait confectionné un plat typique grec, délicieux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ,nous reviendrons sans hésiter car c’est vraiment le plus bel endroit où l’on a passé des vacances pourtant nous avons beaucoup voyagé.

Die Unterkunft sieht genau aus wie beschrieben, sie ist hell und sauber. Man läuft 2 Minuten zum Strand und ca. 15 Minuten in die Altstadt. Katerina hat uns Tips zum Einkaufen und der Umgebung gegeben. Rundum alles perfekt.

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

Our stay at George's place was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, Clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. George was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially loved the house and neighbors. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area. Thank you !!

Ich kann das Apartment 100% empfehlen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Zentrum und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Georgios ist ein sehr netter Mensch hat uns sehr geholfen, Tipps gegeben. Bei der Ankunft haben uns Snacks, Getränke erwartet wo wir sehr dankbar waren. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, hat wirklich alles. Eine 10 von 10 🌞🤗

It was an amazing staying in Stefania’s house I’m very happy for the hospitality we had , she prepared a lunch for us when we arrived that was the kindest thing an air bnb owner did for me but beside this speaking about the house my family and I were amazed because the house had really everything EVERYTHING Landry iron iron table hairdryer all kitchen appliances That was the most complete house I ever had and I really was happy for this experience I feel so satisfied .thank you Stefania may the Lord bless you and your family :)

Se amate una vacanza fuori dai sentieri conosciuti, lontano dalla folla delle località turistiche... questo è il vostro posto. La casa si trova in un piccolo villaggio attaccato alla roccia con una vista mozzafiato sulla gola di Rokka. La terrazza che dividerete con altri ospiti, è perfetta per godersi la colazione o l'aperitivo. Da sapere che ci sono dei gatti che vengono alla ricerca di cibo... per eventuali allergici.. Marianna ci ha fatto trovare del cibo per la prima sera ed è sempre stata reattiva per risolvere qualsiasi quesito o problema. Rokka è il posto ideale per esplorare le spiagge del nord ovest dell'isola e Chania. Per le spiaggie a sud ovest ci vuole almeno un'ora di macchina. Portiamo via con noi dei ricordi bellissimi Grazie

Anastasia’s apartment is really nice, the view is amazing, and the surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful perfect for a peaceful trip.

The place is quite clean and quiet. It is located the top floor and the ocean view from the room is wonderful. It has sufficient kitchen equipment, large living and bed rooms. A free parking spot is close by. I recommend this place.

Marianna und ihr Mann haben uns persönlich in der Wohnung erwartet. Die Terrasse umschließt die Wohnung auf drei Seiten. Man hat also wirklich viel Platz im Freien, was wir ausgiebig genossen haben. Es ist ruhig und friedlich, obwohl man in einer halben Minute an der Promenade am Wasser mit guten Restaurants ist. Mariannas Empfehlung "Kaiki" für den ersten Abend war hervorragend. Die Altstadt ist verschiedene kurze Spazierwege entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut und großzügig ausgestattet. Auch die Bereitstellung von zwei Schlüsseln ist sehr praktisch. Wir können Mariannas Apartment uneingeschränkt für einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt in Chania empfehlen. Vielen Dank!
