Monthly Rentals in Paralia Koum Κapi

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Manolis’s place is truly special. Perfect location for everything. Free parking is easy to access. You can walk everywhere in Bol from the flat. I’m 192 cm and had zero issue with the height of the ceiling in the bathroom. Ignore the poster’s comment, you’ll be fine. This is a GEM of a property.

this little place is 15 steps from the Cretan Sea, on the bay just east of the Venetian harbor (but right there if you want to walk through). We loved being away from the main crush of tourists and became regulars at a couple of cafes and tavernas nearby (plus the most highly rated restaurant, Fourogatos, is just steps away. don't miss the natural swimming hole frequented by Greeks a bit further east.
