Holiday rentals with lake access in Paradiso

Absolutely lovely stay! The villa is beautiful, clean, and very authentic with a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, she gave us great tips on places to visit and a local café that was both delicious and affordable. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, very thoughtful! The view is stunning, the beds are super comfortable (both a large one and two smaller ones), and the bathrooms were great. We also loved the little treats left for guests, such a sweet touch. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back soon!

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Lovely home, close to everything in Lenno. I might offer one suggestion: clear directions from the ferry would be helpful. Wonderful stay!

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The only thing disappointing is that we did not stay here longer. what a wonderful retreat away from hustle and bustle of the cities. Truly a retreat. We immediately came in dropped our bags and fell asleep on the sun chairs while taking in the peaceful scenery. Do yourself a favor and do not listen to people when they say you can do Lake Como area in 2 days. Stay a while and enjoy the peaceful nature and definitely stay here.

The apartment is perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning! Such a beautiful town and Stefano was a great host - I definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay when visiting lake como :)

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! An exceptional place with an incredible view! This apartment is simply magical. After a day exploring the wonders around Lake Como, it was a real pleasure to return to this warm cocoon. The view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere of the place is peaceful and rejuvenating. We were greeted with great kindness and generosity, which made our stay even more special. Honestly, we didn't want to leave! An unforgettable experience in a unique location.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! The view is stunning, the flat is right on the lake and has everything you need. Betty goes up and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable!! She has thought of everything! The place was stocked with water, coffee, snacks and breakfast items and made it so easy on us. There are many small touches like shelf’s in the bedrooms, QR codes to access things and so many more that make everything easy. The parking space worked great and she met us there and even insisted on helping with luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness of Betty and Markus!! She gave great recommendations. There is a beach here and they provided wet shoes and beach towels for swimming. And a covered area with nice chairs to lounge by the beach! The patio was awesome, overlooking the lake and where we loved to have our morning coffee! Only regret is that I wish we could stay a week. Highly recommend! Would love to come back! Thank you Betty and Markus for a perfect 3 days!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location—just steps away from the ferry terminal, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Daniela, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and very responsive to any questions I had. She even allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help and really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Her hospitality made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. You are only a 10 minute walk to the bustle of Bellagio, but a quiet walk into Pascallo makes you feel right at home. It is quiet, safe, clean, and right by the water. Upon arrival, Claudia was there to greet us. She made us feel very welcomed and we felt like we understood how the apartment worked and where to go to find everything we might need. Our daughter was actually not feeling well when we arrived. Claudia helped us as much as she could and even offered to drive us into town to get some groceries Throughout the week. She checked on us and it was such a treat to be able to have our laundry, cleaned and folded during our weeklong stay, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. This was the best Airbnb and host experience we have ever had.

We loved the place! Awesome scenery, beautiful house, quiet and great energy.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

The accommodation is sufficiently large with a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and bathroom. the location is fantastic with a view of the lake and a small beach is also in the immediate vicinity:) the accommodation was clean and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. we will be happy to come back

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

It was like paradise! A huge garden, private beach - what more could you want... A trip to Orta by boat (a must!!!) The dog Mogli also liked it very much 😄

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.

It was a fantastic vacation. The place is even more beautiful than the images show—a perfect location for relaxation. The house has a boat to get around (restaurants and food shopping). Before we came, we thought getting around with a ship would be difficult, but it became the vacation's star and made everything magical. We used it several times each day and had so much fun. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mattia was excellent and responsive. His dad even came around to show us how to fish. Couldn't have asked for more from a host. Highly recommend 5/5 on all accounts,
