The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, it was possible to cook meals. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (very necessary). Small but comfortable bathroom, it had some hygiene products available. Kristis was very attentive.

Lovely apartment with great hosts who both go out the way to help. 15 minute walk to the sea front and handy local shops close by. Will certainly stay again.

Very peaceful and clean. Area felt very safe. Everything worked. Pool open 9am to 6pm. Host very responsive and friendly. Good AC and fans. Large balcony.

Our stay was excellent. The property matched the description, and the host was very responsive. We had a minor issue with internet access, but the host resolved it quickly. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend Marl and Serap's apartment.

wonderful place to stay for a night before an early start going to the airport. lovely green outside space with comfy chairs to escape and relax in. many thoughtful touches to welcome families and small children.

Great stay! Wonderful place, the view is just amazing. Pool and house was super clean, did not miss any equipment. Picking fresh oranges and lemons was super bonus. The villa is spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach and close to good local restaurants, bars and shops but in a nice peaceful spot. It has a fully equipped kitchen which provides everything you need. Pool area is lovely and well maintained. Beds are big and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

Highly recommended! We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. We especially loved the BBQ area near the pool, fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is large and beautifully lit at night, with a stunning view of the city. The tennis court, billiards table, and gym added a nice variety to our stay. The house itself has everything for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10 — we will definitely be back! 📍Philippos supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car, the beach is also a 5-minute drive, and restaurants and cafes are within 5–10 minutes as well.

The house and the outside area have been beautifully renovated and decorated with great attention to detail! Everything worked perfectly, everything was very clean and we wanted for nothing. The contact with the lovely Abigail is also uncomplicated, polite and friendly. It is a little paradise which is quiet and undisturbed. We would love to come back as guests! Thank you for a really wonderful time!

Well-located apartment close by car to downtown beach restaurant. Perfectly clean and spacious with a great pool and a pleasant terrace. Quiet property. Located in front of a bus stop that we did not use. Budget for essential air conditioning in August. Our arrival in the night was facilitated by Amanda who kindly welcomed us We recommend this apartment.

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

We loved our stay in Coral Bay! The area is perfect, if you want a relaxed typical beach holiday with a few good restaurants, shops, cafés, bars. The area is perfect for a trip to Paphos city or to Akamas national park with a 4x4. The apartment is located just a 5 min walk from Coral Bays main street where you find everything you need. Bus station, car rental, tourist information, supermarket and all the above. The beach is a 20 min walk and it is just perfect! One of the most beautiful ones if you like tourist beaches with bars, umbrellas etc. And not too crowded. Aleksandra was super fast in replying to our messages. We needed a few more things in the apartment and she helped us right away! The apartment was clean, bigger than expected and had everything we needed. We were super happy! The balcony was our favorite - beautiful! The only two critic points would be that the warm water does not always work in the evening and the bed is quite small for a tall person (1,90 m). I recommend!
