Newly renovated, semi detached house located in the tourist area of Paphos! It consists of one bedroom with a large double bed, another bedroom with two beds, large living room with a sofa bed and a 40" TV, WiFi, a kitchen with all facilities, a fireplace and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air-condition units. Also there are two verandas, a big courtyard and a parking place with availability of 3 cars! It is only 400 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the shopping mall!

Magical Views Residence With Private Pool

On the hills north of Paphos there is a picturesque community many times called the Beverly Hills of Cyprus. Built on the slope of a hill of Kamares Village is my villa which consists of two levels. I live on the top level and my guests on the level below which comprises of one bedroom, living room, full bathroom and kitchenette and is surrounded by a beautiful garden next to the private swimming pool. This self contained place for my guests has separate entrance and it is totally private.

Beautiful Cosy House

This special place is close to everything but away from traffic and noise at the same time. The street leading to the house is a dead end so there is no real traffic. You have easy access to main areas of both uptown Paphos and the lower part of Paphos. By car everything is 5 minutes away, on foot you need 15-20 minutes to reach the old town centre or the harbour area.
