Andrea is a great owner: always available and responsive for any information. Definitely a quiet location with lots of greenery, but for those who need it, no services in the immediate vicinity. The private parking inside the property was very welcome. Upon arrival, the apartment was tidy and quite clean. In any case, I highly recommend Andrea's apartment. A good experience.

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

Luciana and Giovanni were very hospitable and nice. They welcomed us in person and also prepared for us some treats. We felt immediately like home, the house is very nice and have absolutely everything you need, we loved our stay there. Hope to comeback!

My stay in Gabriele's apartment was really nice. The apartment is very nice and elegant, recently renovated, and everything was fresh and clean — as soon as you arrived, you could still smell again! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tuscany and close to the highway, which makes it easy to reach cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The apartment is well equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to three people. All furnishings look new, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is also air conditioning, very comfortable in summer and not so common in the area. The kitchen is a little small, but perfectly functional for short stays. Gabriele is a great host — very kind, helpful and always responsive. I highly recommend it to those looking for a cozy and well-connected base to explore Tuscany!
