Apartment holiday rentals in Panormos in Rethymno

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

One of my favorite Airbnbs. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches—truly exceeded expectations. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcomed us with an amazing olive oil cake. Mirthios is peaceful and charming, just a short drive to beaches and shops. The best restaurant is right across the street. Couldn’t recommend more

We were very happy with the place. Emmanuel and his family were great hosts and cleaned the apartment every day, as well as changing the sheets and towels. We even received a small basket of fruit, wine and something salty. Very thoughtful. If you have any questions or comments, Emmanuel was always ready and responded quickly. The location is very nice and especially the view. However, the beach is a little further away than actually described, so we had to rent a car in between. With a rental car, you have several beaches in the immediate vicinity, so everything is quickly accessible. We would highly recommend the accommodation and would like to stay there again if we get the chance.

We loved walking down the steps and straight onto the beach for a swim each day. Such a wonderful location. The apartment itself was perfect too, well equipped with everything we needed and extras, comfortable and clean- we felt very at home. Excellent hosts, thank you!

We are now back home and have had some time to reflect. From check-in to check-out, it was simply amazing. We felt right at home. Traditional food was regularly left at the door by the family. At the beginning, we were also surprised by this. We had a great rental car and drove around the area a bit. The place is perfect for that. Approximately 1 hour from Heraklion Airport and everything else is accessible. Would we book again and again.

This flat is wonderful and located right in front of the ocean with serene views from the spacious terrace. I enjoyed my stay in Panormos a lot! The restaurants and general area are great. Popi was a wonderful host and helped me out whenever I needed anything. Could not have been better! :)

We fell in love with this apartment and Manos hospitality five years ago and came back 6 times since then. Already booked the next stay before we left. It’s an amazing place created with passion and care. Clean, quiet, beautiful architecture, lovely interior and the most caring host I ever met on Airbnb. This place is IMMACULATE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is so lovely and the balcony view is stunning! We enjoy sitting in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The location is perfect, it’s 5 min walking distance from the Lion Fountain Square where they have the best bougatsa at Kirkor!!! There is a pay parking right across the street. We are definitely coming back! Hosts are amazing and responsive! We already miss Crete!

We had a relaxing and pleasant stay at Despina’s lovely place. The flat is spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. Ligaria is a charming little settlement nestled in a small bay perfect for a peaceful getaway. Despina is a warm and welcoming host; she even stocked the fridge with breakfast items for us. If you have a car, the location is ideal, with easy access to the highway for day trips.

We spent a week at the accommodation and were completely satisfied! The apartment and the garden were perfectly cleaned and after 3 days we got new bed linen and a new cleaning of the apartment. The apartment is perfect if you really want to relax and enjoy privacy. There is no noise, only nature. Communication with the host was easy, he was always available and always happy to help. The only personal disadvantage was the location, as you definitely needed a car, but even that wasn't so bad in the end, and you can see an incredible amount by car. We will be happy to come back :)

Very friendly host, clean apartment, everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning and is at the entrance of the town, great if you want to be on the bus quickly. Next to the apartment door, there is a small supermarket and rental car shop. Beach not far away. Bali is a very quiet beautiful yet touristy place. From the apartment to the last bay, you walk half an hour totally OK! Gladly again :-)

Everything was excellent. The apartment was lovely and well furnished, even the people that lived permanently in the one opposite were nice and friendly. The apartment is so close to the beach and there are restaurants, a supermarket, cafes etc all within a road or two The old town is about 10 mins stroll along the beach so really couldn't have chosen a better location. Christos was great, checked in with us via whats app once we arrived and was always amazingly quick to respond to queries or request for tips/info via whats app. I would recommend this apartment or any hosted by Crete Rooms as their service levels are amazing. Nicky was a perfect hostess. The apartment was very well maintained and clean. We were particularly impressed by the quiet location and the beautiful pool terrace, which we could use only for ourselves. Nicky gave us great tips for restaurants and excursions. We were very pleased and would come back any time.

We absolutely loved our time here! The listing description was spot on. No surprises as everything was exactly as described. The best part was 100% the beach! Its literally right in front of the apartment! Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves every night was so nice. Agia Pelagia itself is ideal for a relaxed vacation. The beach is peaceful, very clean, and has a great mix of sandy spots for lounging. There’s also a solid variety of restaurants nearby, plus plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops just a short walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance. I came here with my best friend and we had the most amazing time. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

We enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment- exactly as pictured! The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. We were glad there was an elevator, which certainly assisted with hauling luggage. In our travel daze, we didn’t realize that once you got to the appropriate floor, that there was one door that opened to the 3 apartments owned by the Blossom collection, so you will not see your specific apartment door before opening that “main door”. The complementary washer and dryer are in a closet right by the 3 apartments, which was handy. We appreciated the environmentally-conscious touches, like filtered water to refill glass water bottles in the fridge. The owners promptly answered any questions. We would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Heraklion. The apartment was very clean, well-appointed, and in a great location. The only downside was the lobby, which felt a bit shabby. When we arrived, we weren’t sure if we had the correct building, but that seemed to be an issue with the building management, not Spyro. We especially enjoyed sitting on the outdoor balcony at night, taking in the view of the sea and the city. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Heraklion. It went very well. The listing is true to the photos and description. It is well equipped and clean. The hot tub works well, the bed is comfortable. The staff is kind and available! A towel hanging rack may be missing The apartment is in a very good location, right at the entrance of the old town. Very convenient The proposed parking is for a fee, with a preferential rate. It is located right next to the apartment. We preferred to park for free a little further away but it requires walking a bit

Chrysa is a very friendly and helpful host. She answered all our questions very fast. The apartment was very clean and just like in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

The space was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We especially loved the large deck—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or dining outdoors. The location is great, with a wonderful bakery and market just a short walk away. You’ll need a car to explore the town and surrounding area, but everything is within a short, easy drive. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, sharing great tips and insights about the area. They also took the time to share aspects of the local culture, which made our stay feel even more special. We were lucky to be in Rethymno over Easter—it was an unforgettable experience!

We loved our stay at the Alice Villa. Location is truly fantastic for shopping and loads of restaurants. We spent quite a bit of time at the villa when the weather wasn’t the greatest and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Marianna for the wonderful hospitality and the gifts. Have to mention the people we met in the restaurants and on the streets, soooo friendly. We were very sad to leave. Could’ve stayed a lot Longer. Book it, youll love it. Until next time.

Fabulous Manolis and his family were wonderful, they were incredibly kind when meeting us upon arrival and very helpful throughout our stay - always responding to queries quickly and offering useful advice about the local area. The apartment is in a great location being a short walk from the sea, shops and the old town. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, with the fort to the east and coastline to the west. The apartment was clean and well stocked offering all we needed for a week long holiday.
