A sweet, bright 1-room apartment to feel good in! Quiet & very green, despite being located in the middle of the lively & lovelyPrenzlauer Berg with many cafés, restaurants, small designer shops. In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Cleanliness is very important to me, so we clean carefully after every guest. The apartment is part of my flat with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen area :)

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.
