Artist in Residence- House with Garden

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Biesdorf is very conveniently located, you can enjoy the nature and the quiet but is within 15-20 minutes in the city center.

Nature right in Berlin

The center of Alexanderplatz is 15 minutes (by tram 25 minutes) away. Shopping as well as a swimming lake is within walking distance. Sports/playgrounds close by. Hohenschönhausen Stasi Prison is just 10 min. drive. The property is fenced and is located directly at the nature reserve. Parking possible on the premises by arrangement. The perfect balance between recreation and metropolis, with relaxation in front of the fireplace or a barbecue evening on the terrace.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!

Country house in Berlin

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone in all seasons. In addition to a gas central heating, you can also light the large fireplace and cook on the wood-fired stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with a grill ring and a large dining area with a parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small, cosy terrace with a panoramic window.

Quiet place on the outskirts of Berlin

This place is perfect for families or couples who just want to unwind and unwind. Altlandsberg is about 45 minutes by car from Alexander Platz, which is in the middle of Berlin. The nearest S-Bahn (suburban train) station is 10 minutes away by car, where you can be back in the center of Berlin within 40 minutes. The nearest shopping is a 5-minute drive away.
