Newly constructed cabin sitting on the banks of Little Red River. Between Heber Springs and Searcy. House has two large decks overlooking river. Upstairs deck is screened in with ceiling fans. The cabin also has a private boat dock. It is 1/2 mile from boat launch at Ramsey Landing. Very quite area with a lot of wildlife. Nearby... Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you. Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters.
