Monthly Rentals in Panethimos

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Everything was as described and inspired us from the first moment. The children (13 and 9 years old) were very happy with the pool, which we were still able to use in October. Communication with co-host Giorgos was excellent. He proactively provided us with tips, was always available and responded very quickly to messages. We would come back any time and can recommend this place from the heart.

Our vacation week was very nice. Sifis was a very kind and caring host. We received a lot of information and great suggestions on what to visit and where to go. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything you need for relaxation and cooking. The place is very quiet, but close to the highway that can take you to the nearest towns and beaches. We highly recommend it :)

I am travelling by bicycle with my child and it was a very windy week. We booked very spontaneously and were really lucky to find this modest and beautiful apartment. We even extended our stay because we liked the quiet place and the outdoor space! Also the access to nature and the village right out from the door. With a bike Topolia is close to go to Kissamos and visit Komolithi, with the car you’re on the road to Elafonissi. Thank you again, Pedros and Joanna, for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time with our hosts. Listing was very pleasant with multiple amenities (washing machine, coffee machine, ...) and very clean. The bathroom and toilet are independent of the accommodation and are accessible by a private terrace. The hosts are very welcoming and warm. Many touches were waiting for us in the accommodation. They stay above and are very helpful while offering great autonomy. The outdoor areas are very nice! Thanks again to the hosts for a great time at home.
