I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Ms. Ness was super easy to talk to — booking was really smooth. She replies quickly and everything was straightforward. When we arrived, she just told us where to get the key and that was it. I loved how hassle-free it was, it felt like we were just at home. We arrived late because we came from a concert, but we had no trouble finding the place. There was parking too, which was super convenient. When we got inside, the place was clean, cozy, and quiet — perfect for resting after a long day. Even though it was just a short stay, it was so worth it. The area was peaceful, the bed was comfy — we really got to recharge. Bitin nga! (We wanted more time!) I’ll definitely book here again for the next SB19 concert. Highly recommended, though part of me wants to gatekeep it haha!

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

We held our team-building event at this property and had a fantastic time! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, so there were lots of activities to enjoy. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

He also gave us fruits that are in season during our stay. - Very helpful staff. They have some supplies that you need in case you forgot to bring. - Bathroom is great and lighting is on point 1 day is not enough to fully experience the place. Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere of the place was cozy with a touch of fantasy, exactly the atmosphere a hobbit hole should have. All of the little touches made it clear that this place was created with love and attention to detail. It would take too long to list all of the touches that I enjoyed, but here are a few! There’s a faux fireplace, Moria/Rohan/Lorien designs painted on the doors, numerous little Tolkien quotes painted in various corners, painted trees inside the bathroom, LOTR font used for labeling the light switches, a bluetooth speaker made to look like an old-fashioned radio, and even the electric kettle visually looked old-fashioned and cozy. We’re very happy that we got to experience staying here!
