It was an impeccable stay for me. Everything was on point, the location, apartments, nature, cleanliness, response from the team, (snacks basket)and so on. The pool made the place even better. Go for it guys. Overall 9/10. :-)

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Nandan is friendly and responsive, which is great. A box of cookies on the house from the host was a lovely touch. A spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood with huge balconies, which I love. All amenities provided for a relaxing outing. Only the apartment does not have grocery stores or eateries in close proximity. A vehicle is a must for ease of movement.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect—it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, with everything spotlessly clean and all the essential amenities provided. What made it even better was the amazing team behind it. Chaitali was incredibly quick to respond and handled everything so smoothly. The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. If you're looking for a quiet escape in Goa, away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping every morning just made it all the more magical.

Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.

Best place to stay in old goa. Panjim is near too. And the property is awesome to stay in quiet and chill.

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I had a great stay at this lovely apartment in Goa! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing place in a beautiful location! Had never stayed in old goa before and this was just the perfect, spacious and clean space to stay at. Super helpful and responsive host, will definitely come back and stay here when in Old Goa!

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

Everything was super beautiful and clean and matched the pictures. Hosts and caretaker were super kind too. Everything was well thought of and designed to make guests comfortable Definitely a recommend and a place I’ll go back to stay if I’m back to Goa

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Property is well maintained and clean. Caretaker Avdesh is also very helpful and approachable. He is always a call away if you face any issue. Location is also very good and in close proximity with near by attraction. Owner Terrence Salvador also helped me with proper advice for a medical emergency in family. Overall it is a very satisfactory experience.

Nicely maintained place to stay in Siolim as described in the listing and shown in the image. I stayed with my wife and parents. Nearest super market is ~2km and main market is ~5km. Nearest beach is Vagator beach which is ~9.6km from the place. We stayed here for 3D/2N, and visited beaches in North goa (Baga, Vagator, Morjim, Aswem, Arambol etc.). Kitchen items were also in good state and water purifier aqua guard was great. We parked our car (Creta) outside main security gate and was safe. Parking inside apartment is for hatchback cars and can be parked inside apartment.
