Beachfront holiday rental in Panaji

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

This place is a short 10 min walk from Arambol Beach which was great because thats where I wanted to spend most of my time when in Goa. The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with necessary supplies and utensils. Kartik and Sourabh are amazing hosts and they run a fun hostel right across the road. Great place to meet fellow travellers, eat good food and finish work before going to the beach. Would certainly visit again!

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

The location of the Airbnb was great—very convenient, clean, and just a short walk to the beach, which was a big plus. The space itself was well-kept, beautifully done up with tasteful interiors, and comfortable throughout—no issues there. The society has a separate pool for kids, which was a nice touch. We also really appreciated how responsive the owner/caretaker was—when we asked for some extra utensils, they were arranged immediately. So thanks for that! There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. Fat Fish, just outside the society, is a must-try. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Had an awesome stay host was super chill and helpful, Location couldn’t be better, everything was close by. The security guard was a total legend—always there to help with my scooty and cabs.

Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Villa in Calangute, booked through Airbnb. The villa had a serene and relaxing ambience, with a lovely pool, lush greenery, and the beach just 300 meters away – truly the best part for beach lovers. A special mention to Ms. Asha, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was constantly in touch from the time of booking until check-out, ensuring that all our needs were met. Whether it was a small issue or a quick query, she responded promptly and resolved everything. Her warm hospitality and proactive support really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The building had good security, which made us feel safe throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the pool – a great place to relax after a day out. We had a fantastic stay at Saheel’s place during our trip to Goa. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just about a kilometer away and numerous pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It perfectly met our needs for convenience and accessibility. The property itself was spotless, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. The mattresses and bedsheets were of excellent quality, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably. Only the washing machine was not available at the property as it malfunctioned a while back, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was delightful, and the combination of a prime location, clean accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it truly memorable. We would highly recommend Saheel’s place to anyone visiting the Vagator beach area.

Mark was a super host! Communicates well and was helpful with every need. Location was fabulous. Well-maintained flat in a residential neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a river walk!

The place was great, the beach is very very close just a small walk away. Lots of shacks/restaurants are close by. It was actually very quiet also. The Villa is also huge looks exactly like the pictures. The staff Noor was also very helpful with anything that was required. The place has space to park also. Overall my experience was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a larger place close to the beach.

I recently stayed at Joseph Canisius’ Airbnb in Miramar, Goa, for 10 nights with my mom and loved it so much that we extended for an extra night. The home is exactly as shown in the photos—warm, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. The spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunny balcony made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Miramar Beach and close to Caranzalem, Dona Paula, and Panjim's main market. The peaceful neighborhood added to the charm, and Blinkit made grocery shopping super convenient. A big shoutout to Marilyn, who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs and was always just a message away. Her hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Everything about this place felt like home, and I can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Goa!
