We traveled for Santa week and rented the big house, it was a pleasant surprise, four rooms each with its bathroom, the social areas, the dining room, living room on another floor with a high ceiling and super spacious and beautiful, a family room , and of course a pool with its charming jacuzzi that does not cause it to leave. The location of the privileged house, at the beginning of the Pampatar boulevard with everything nearby, where you can walk to everyone, the automarat, the famous Pampatar empanadas, the signature restaurants to eat every day in a different one, walks during the night on the beach. The location of the house is privileged. But the best attention and care in having her guests have a good time with Mrs. Emma, Mr. Rafael and of course the great José , a spectacular person who helps you from loading your bags , making the grills next to the pool, shopping, a man of a great heart and delivery. Thank you very much, we will be back soon.

We had a fabulous stay , relaxing poolside, good space for family meals, lovely neighbours. Great local shops and peaceful location. Villa kitchen area is oitdoors and is fully equipped for cooking baking entertaining. Zsolt was amazingly helpful nothing to much trouble for him. overall a well needed vacation in a beautiful Villa. Very nice and tastefully decorated house, with everything you could need, impeccable communication with the Host, always paying attention to the guest's satisfaction! It has a patio that you can access the house apart from the main access with a perfect shower to get from the beach and shower before entering the house. We were left welcome fruits and drinks, toiletries and hygiene were available... Again, everything was very well thought out so that nothing was needed. Highly recommended, we'll be back!!

The location is perfect, safe and close to everything you need. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again. It was a pretty good experience. Just like at home, Mrs. Xiomara's excellent attention, the arrival was quite flexible and comfortable, I would come back and recommend it to my friends, easy access, well-kept common areas, safe, impeccable and quiet. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. Throughout the front of the CC Rattan, you can walk, by car everything is very close, go to the beach 5 to 10 minutes. Food kiosk around the corner. Convenient parking, A barbecue area, a lovely pool. A kiosk inside the same residence. The apartment is clean, with air conditioning, internet, cable. A coffee maker, a microwave, an electric stove, fairly complete kitchen utensils, glasses, to be comfortable throughout your stay. I'm grateful for the treatment and support they gave us. It is challenging to express how ideal this accommodation is, but I will try. The hosts are tremendously professional. The host patiently tolerated a delay I had with immigration. She was immensely helpful beyond the scope of her role as a host, offering business advice and insider industry information. The listing was accurate (something that is rare in Margarita). The flat was fully furnished with proper cutlery, pots, wine glasses, everything. The location is ideal: safe, vibrant, next to pharmacies, restaurants, mall, bars, etc. The hosts were honest and genuinely good people, whom I will keep as personal contacts. The flat is modern and comfortable. The building is new and well maintained: led-lit swimming pool overlooking the city, fancy lounge great for informal business meetings, BBQ and party facilities for invited guests, professional staff 24/7. The host also offers cars for rent. This listing (and it's host) is the rare diamond that every guest hopes to discover. Stellar!

Anyone who wants to have a place to move around the rest of the island is the accommodation indicated. Very comfortable.
