We had a peaceful weekend at this property! Even though it’s remote, it has free broadband, which was a bonus. The area isn’t crowded, so our dog could roam freely off-leash, and the secure fencing let us relax without worry. This place is great for pet parents and anyone wanting a quiet break from city life. The caretaker Milind arranged tasty Konkan meals from a local dhaba, delivered right to us. We even spotted a peacock in the early morning – a lovely surprise! Host Ankita was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a nature-filled getaway.

I am in love with the place. Stayed here for one night. They also very nicely accomodated bday decoration request. The staff is great, very friendly. Food was awesome. My only request will be that the dart games and other games be kept in an accessible area to play. Maybe near gazebo. Or near main stay. Also the road till gazebo is great but from gazebo to the main stay is a slightly bumpy ride. but apart from the above suggestions, loved the place! Great people, great stay, very accommodating and to be very honest, felt extremely rejuvenated after just one day there. :) hopefully will get the opportunity to be back someday :) Thanks for everything....

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.

Fantastic place. Heaven for nature lovers and those who seeking peace away from city. There is mobile network too. However WiFi in common area can be requested. Food is very delicious. For bird lovers this is paradise, one can easily spot blu eared kingfisher, stork billed kingfisher, white throated kingfisher, woodpeckers, swallows , Indian crow pheasant, water hens. Total property is 65 acres approximately which has multiple plantations. Manager Jay can take you for walk around the property which I recommend you should. Overall a must visit place.
