Monthly Rentals in Palo Colorado Canyon

This studio was exactly as expected. The location could not have been better for getting around. The music studio next door was a plus, I was serenaded by piano nearly every day. The night spot across the street was welcoming as well.

The apartment is incredibly cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It's located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Rick and Will are extremely attentive, always available, super kind, and very helpful. I lacked nothing during my stay. You also have your own parking space right in front of the door, a private bathroom, and access to the shared pool. There are several shops within easy walking distance, and places like Montery, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, Carmel, and Pacific Grove are just a few minutes away by car. The area is also a little bit less affected by coastal fog, and I had plenty of sunshine during my stay, which I really enjoyed. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends. I hope to return again soon!

Love this private, peaceful spot. A great way to get into Carmel Valley without having to stay at a posh, stuffy, high-end resort.

Erin's place was cozy and secluded. The views of the forest were soothing and really beautiful. The rental had all the essential amenities (don't forget to bring your own coffee) and was easy to adjust the temperature to make us comfortable. We had a full size truck and Kalie helped us with our parking situation. She was very quick to respond and gave great recommendations on food and things to do nearby. Overall a good stay in the redwoods!
