Un passo dal mare

E-house è posta a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera ( circa 150), che si raggiunge attraverso il comodo tratto evidenziato in foto. In 2 minuti vi troverete in una spiaggia di sabbia riservata anche nelle giornate di maggior afflusso. No lido presente. A pochi passi, direzione opposta, vi sono i migliori ristoranti e pizzerie della città nonché numerose piscine aperte al pubblico . L ampia veranda è condivisa con l altro appartamento ma è divisa da un separè che all occorrenza dona privacy.

“L’Oliva” è una residenza di recentissima ricostruzione, immersa tra gli ulivi secolari della tenuta Villa Clelia che si estende per circa 4 ettari.
