In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a sandy beach that is reserved even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, in the opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous swimming pools open to the public. The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that provides privacy if necessary.

It is located in a characteristic alley with a separate entrance, away from the noise of the main street.
