La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

In 2 minuti vi troverete in una spiaggia di sabbia riservata anche nelle giornate di maggior afflusso. No lido presente. A pochi passi, direzione opposta, vi sono i migliori ristoranti e pizzerie della città nonché numerose piscine aperte al pubblico . L ampia veranda è condivisa con l altro appartamento ma è divisa da un separè che all occorrenza dona privacy.
