Elbert's place was very nice for our purpose. My son graduated from medical school and it allowed my four boys and my husband and I to all be together to share in this special occasion. It was like being at home. We were able to cook and share meals and play games together and reminisce of old times. Everything was perfect. Robert has thought of everything and provided anything you would need for a short stay. Great location by park for pup, fenced in little porches so you can sit out with your pup or kids. Easy walking distance to dinner and drinks. Instructions were clear and host was responsive. Even though I am a local I would seriously consider staying again for a staycation. Thank you!

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

I would definitely recommend this place 😁 it was quite and clean just as described. I stayed 2 nights and had no problems. The outside patio was nice and private 🥰

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely little spot to stay. Very clean, peaceful and quiet. I found the location to be great also. Close to a lot of stuff.

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.
