This apartment was perfect and exactly as described by Ahmad. It felt home. We stayed for 8 nights and apartment has everything you need. Nearest metro is business bay and it’s arround 2.5 KM. You can see Bay Area as well as Burj Khalifa from balcony. Ahmad is very good host and always responsive.

Location, location, location! This apartment is one of the few Airbnbs with a prime beachfront location in JBR. While the apartment itself doesn’t offer direct views of the beach or JBR walkway, it looks exactly like the pictures. Natalie and her team were fantastic—communication was clear, and check-in was super smooth. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of welcome food and water. We’d definitely rent again if visiting Dubai.

This place is a little more affordable than most places near the marina. It was clean and matched photos. Great location - 10 min walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the lovely marina walkway.

I had a pleasant stay. Convenient location, 7 min walk from the metro. Beach area is 30 min walk or you may take a taxi. The studio is compact by Dubai standards, but it's ok for a solo traveler or a couple. All amenities are there. The building not brand new but well maintained. On the top floor there is a spacious gym and a pool for residents, only bring your own water and towels. The host was responsive. Will come again.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Overall, a memorable and welcoming stay that I’d happily recommend

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Downtown

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Roya was an absolute gem of a host and she made my stay at Dubai a very memorable one! she's extremely helpful and very reliable at any given time. the place was exactly what I needed and it was a vibe. squeaky clean and easy access to the surrounding.
