Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Palm Jumeirah

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Very nicely decorated house. Nice community. It is a bit noisy in the house, you can hear cars passing often. The noise dies down during the night luckily. Thanks the host

Wow! what an incredible apartment. This place is very well located, right next to Nakheel mall, and steps away from a private beach. The apartment itself was exactly as described and just as the photos show. Very clean, well kept and beautiful views. The host was very helpful & responsive at all hours. Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

Abdulkader is a fantastic and professional host. My family’s best stay. He provided everything and more than we expected. He was always responsive and keen to deliver and an overall very nice person to speak to. We would love to return soon and relive our memorable experience and I would be like my host to be Abdulkader again for sure! The place is perfect with serene views of garden, swimming pool and sea …it’s a quiet oasis!! I also love the gym and the facilities that the Fairmont hotel provide so it met all my expectations and more. Thank you very much for hosting us Abdulkader. It was a real pleasure.

Loved my stay at this apartment! Super clean, fully renovated, and nicely decorated with modern furniture. The location is amazing — just take the elevator down and you're right at the beach. There’s a great restaurant in the building, plus a mini market and Costa Café. Tons of restaurants nearby and Nakheel Mall is really close too. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay - the apartment was incredibly spacious and felt just like home. The view was hands down the best I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. It struck the perfect balance between a relaxing holiday vibe and cozy comfort. Highly recommend and amazing host! - I miss it already and will come back!

Great place and hospitality!

The apartment, communication with the host, seven palm, everything was great.

We had a few issues on check in where it was not clear what to do. When we arrived the concierge did not know what to tell us to do so I tried calling the contact number and got no response. Images were sent beforehand of a few key card and a door key but no instruction on how to access the room. As it happens I got a text message back about 10 minutes waiting to tell us that the door was unlocked and we could just walk in. This would need to be made more clear in future I would suggest. Overall the location, view comfort and cleanliness were absolutely spot on. The convenience in the middle of the Palm was a perfect location for exploring. Large pool and restaurant on site and use of the hotel facilities if needed. Easy for breakfast. Short walk around the corner to a large choice of restaurants and sports bars. The apartment is pretty dated whereas the kick trims are missing, veneer on the doors at the bottom has fallen off and toilet seat loose. I think it just needs a little TLC

Alex, The host was very responsive, attentive And helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean , safe for kids And comfortable with nice furnishings and beautiful views. Access to pool, parking, beach, kids club was all easy And location was just perfect - close to monorail, mall, restaurants. Highly recommended!
