This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

I had an amazing stay — the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host maintained great communication throughout, which made the whole experience smooth. It’s only a 2-minute walk to JBR Beach and surrounded by tons of great food spots. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’ll be booking again next time I’m in DXB!

We had a fabulous stay at Polina apartment, it was home from home arriving very late at night, it would have been nice to have a welcome pack eg bottles of water milk. Thankfully we could get the essentials from 24 hour shop in communal area. I did not use cooker much, but when I did I could not get over head fan to work this made water come through ceiling fan in hallway . But overall fab stay and we would return thank you Louise Pete, Bev and Mya

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

Highly Recommend. The apartment was clean, fully furnished, and exactly as shown in the listing. Nice touch having a coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies, and a few days’ worth of bottled water was provided. Check-in was easy overall. There was a minor issue with the secure box code, but the host sorted it in five minutes. The location was great. Right on the beach with a sea view and a large balcony. Much quieter than facing the road. There was some daytime noise from refurbishment work in a nearby apartment, but that’s normal for Dubai and didn’t bother me much. No complaints at all. I’d definitely stay here again—it was perfect for what I needed.

It was very pleasant that they were waiting for us, check-in was easy, a convenient lock with a code, a clean apartment, comfortable mattresses, soundproofing is excellent, a gorgeous view from the terrace, at night it is absolutely delightful, the kitchen has everything and everything works, there are many cafes nearby, your beach with comfortable sunbeds, the sea is clean, crabs can be seen in two meters, Marina Mall is a five-minute drive away, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets all for delivery in minutes is very convenient With full responsibility, I recommend this place
