Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Palm City

Maritza’s place was amazinggg. It’s truly bigger than the picture lead on. The setup was very nice and it felt very home like. It was very safe in the area as well. On arrival it was kind of hard for me to find the place but that’s because I arrived pretty late and it was dark. When you see “10025” you go up those steps and the place is on the second floor. That one little direction helped so much because I didn’t know that at first. Communication was excellent with our host. All the linen was properly washed and smelled really good. I will be booking with Maritza every time I come down to Port St. Lucie if possible. Thank you so much for having us & trusting us with your place.

This is a great Condo. Very comfortable, clean and well decorated. Felt like home. Great location for the PGA Village and Port St Lucie. Will definitely book again we we are back in Florida.

Carri was the best to interact with!! We felt like welcomed guests! The condo, location and all of the extra touches (coffee/tea bar, snacks, beach supplies - including sand brushes - never knew they were a thing! I need some now! lol) were fantastic!! Morning sunrises are worth setting the alarm clock for! The bed/pillows were super comfy!! Definitely looking forward to going back!

This little gem was perfect for my husband and I. We loved it from the start and hated to leave. Came with everything we needed and the pool was just the perfect touch. Love that the place was very close to everything as well. We would love to come back!

Just what I needed. Cozy

Stay at this place, definitely made my stay at Stuart all that much more enjoyable. It was very close to downtown very close to everything in Stu. I was very nice very cozy. I would love to stay there again and recommend anyone that wants a peaceful quiet piece of home With great communicators that’s your place!

My wife and I had a great stay at this one bedroom apartment on the river while in-between moves. Hosts Jason and Kathy were warm, friendly and accommodating to us! The sunsets on the river are definitely a highlight, but we also saw plenty of boats and dolphins swimming along providing some peaceful entertainment. While the neighborhood is very quiet, the apartment is not far away from nearby shopping and downtown Stuart, making it logistically convenient. We highly recommend staying with Jason and Kathy in lieu of a local hotel. We will definitely be back!

This spot was a steel. It was very close to my relatives so I had a lot of places and things to do. Stuart is a very nice small-town.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

Place was big and spacious for 6 people. The host also responded promptly to our concerns. Happy we found this accomodation.

The best house we have stayed at by a long shot Super clean with an amazing backyard. So hard to find a house in the palm beach area that is clean smells good and updated. Definitely be booking for all our tournaments on that coast. Can’t wait to go back. The host is amazing and very responsive and helpful.

What can I say second time staying, great place, fantastic pool.

Donovan’s place was amazing!!! So much better than we expected! It was super clean and beds were comfy. Lots of space and loved having the golf in the back yard. We played at the Saints Golf course a couple times while we stayed there. Great neighborhood! I was happy to see it was on a side street off West Moreland. It was on a dead end straight so not much traffic and I could walk easily every morning. Donovan was quick to respond and great with communication when I had questions. It was wonderful cause we sold our home and had to get an Airbnb waiting on our kids to finish school before moving out of the state. This Airbnb was stocked with everything you need! 100% will stay here again when we travel back to PSL to visit family!

This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location with tons of amenities! While it was in a large gated neighborhood it still had a very quiet and private feel. Everything we needed to go to the beach was available in the condo, chairs, umbrellas, towels all included. 10/10 would stay again!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Walkable distance to the beach and multiple pools in the complex. We loved our stay!

This was the second time that we stayed in Alyson and Tony's condo, and it equaled our previous experience. Everything was easy. We will look forward to staying there on future visits.

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

Gregory is a great host. He communicated with us in a timely manner and was clear and concise with all of his messages. His unit is beautifully furnished and fully stocked. He made our stay completely comfortable and worry free.

Home was clean, conveniently located to the beach, and the host was easily communicated with. Would recommend.
