Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

Ahoy! Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. It's a water-access only cottage in Pittwater's McCarrs Creek with car parking at Church Point and then catch a short on-demand water taxi. @tidesreach.

Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay is our tranquil, designer-styled waterfront retreat. Tucked away at the end of a rainforest-lined road, this hidden gem enjoys breathtaking views across beautiful Phegans Bay. Far from the crowds yet close to the Central Coast’s best beaches, dining and attractions, it’s a place to truly unwind. Wake to birdsong, gently clinking boat anchors and sparkling water views, and rediscover life’s simple pleasures in a setting that feels worlds away.

Salt & Embers

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

Patonga Creek Cabin.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.

Emerald Retreat

Bookings accepted for up to 6 adults and 8 children, or up to 10 adults. Luxurious, fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with pool and all new amenities. Separate backyard cabin incorporates a king bedroom with en-suite and a large kids bunkroom with games and big screen smart tv. Set in large, quiet fully fenced gardens with pool. Emerald Retreat is 400m flat walk to the Central Coast's best beach. Perfect for a secluded week away with your family.

Pittwater Boat House

If you like being on the water then this is the property for you. Situated on the foreshore of magnificent Pittwater, the Boat House offers a tranquil getaway on absolute waterfront with a private jetty. A secluded romantic spot with fire pit, hot tub, kayaks and small motorboat to explore Pittwater. The Boat House offers a unique opportunity to unwind and relax in privacy. Please note if you have serious mobility issues this property is not suitable.

Terrumbula

Perched on a sloping block among the tree tops, with views of the Hawkesbury River, Broken Bay and surrounding National Parks, this unique home is a place to relax and let go of the world. High ceilings, floor to ceiling glass and an open plan layout allows you to enjoy the surroundings, no matter what the elements. We are located on the east side of the island where you can watch the first rays of the day rise above the surrounding clifftops.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages.

Welcome to The Deckhouse, Cottage Point. A tranquil escape only 45 mins from Sydney. The Deckhouse is a contemporary two-story boathouse/Cottage right by the water of Cowan Creek.
