Holiday rentals with a kayak in Northern Beaches Council

We had a wonderful stay at Moshe's beautiful home in Cottage Point. Being right on the water with a private jetty was a highlight—perfect for the kids to swim, kayak, and fish. The outdoor balcony was a lovely spot to relax and soak in the peaceful natural surroundings. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our group, with the large dining table making family meals a real pleasure. The inclinator was a unique and fun feature that added a sense of adventure to coming and going. The home is well-equipped and conveniently located not too far from local shops. The only small suggestion would be to update the bed linen and pillows, or just bring your own for added comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d happily return

House is absolutely stunning , the pool is lovely and the surrounding area is so peaceful. There are stunning views of the city and the peace and tranquility of the place it’s hard to believe you are so close to Sydney. The hosts are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. I had family fly out from the UK and they were very impressed overall. All the rooms are air conditioned and the beds are very comfortable, plenty of games and books to keep the kids entertained. There is also a spacious entertainment area around the pool that is great for a bbq and drinks in front of the pool . I cannot recommend this place highly enough

We had an awesome stay at Sascha’s place in Manly! Super chill spot, really close to the beach and good coffee. The house was comfy and had everything we needed. Sascha was easy to deal with and made the whole thing super smooth. Would totally stay again

A wonderful luxurious place to stay and watch the world sail and motor past! Great to have access to a private jetty along with kayaks and paddle boards. And Scotland Island is a lovely size to wander around with plenty of bush.

We had the most wonderful week at Coasters Retreat relaxing and recharging at Victoria's Airbnb over the summer break. It was so lovely to enjoy the water views from sunrise to sunset. Perched up on a hill the house offers a lot of privacy whilst still enjoying an excellent view from the deck. The house was very well appointed equipped with everything that we needed. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. A very special spot that we love & will return to. Highly recommended.

The views are absolutely stunning – peaceful, uninterrupted, and the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The cottage is cosy and welcoming, especially with the warm fire crackling away on cooler nights. We love how secluded and quiet it is – the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. With little to no light pollution, the star gazing at night is simply breathtaking. You feel a world away from everything, in the best possible way. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and already can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you once again for such a special stay!

Absolutely stunning views! The property is private, with no-one over looking us. The view of the city at night is something else. Our host was amazing from check in to checking out. The house had everything we needed and more. just to name a few visitors we had walabies, cockatoos and Cuckoboroughs. We didn't want to leave.

Julie's place was great! We had a family weekend there for a celebration birthday. The house is super cosy and the kitchen/dining room was perfect for a family meals and hang times. Beds were comfy & bathrooms were modern. Be aware that the stairs and walk up to the Bothy from the wharf are not a stroll in the park if you have a lot of luggage/food/drink, or are not as mobile. Consider the community transport vehicle on the island which Julie provides details for.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We 6 adults for the weekend. There was plenty of space, the house was extremely clean, and very comfortable. We loved the open-plan kitchen/dining/loungeroom. Huge lounge, and a lovely big outdoor deck area, leading off the lounge. It was great having two bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything worked well. The location is so beautiful. Hope to be back.

Brendon’s place is beautiful! The view is gorgeous and it was such a lovely stay. The fire made the house especially cosy and we loved having brekkie on the deck enjoying the sun. Brendon is also super kind and helpful. Really appreciated his responsiveness and how he ensured we had everything we needed.

Sophie’s place is a gorgeous spot on the most magical island. Very thoughtfully decorated and every thing you could possibly need for a city escape. Thanks for having us! And thanks for all your tips and recommendations. The live music on Sunday was a treat. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Simone's little cottage was a delight. Loved the location. Was very quiet, although one of our nights the neighbours little dog barked long enough to wake us, but didn't bark all night. I would definitely stay again. I would just advise other guests that are use to a King bed that was our only issue but definitely NOT a deal breaker. Lots of options to sleep separately if its only the 2 of you and simone is aware that you need to use 2 beds. We had an issue with the kettle the first night and Simone dropped a replacement down within 5 mins of me messaging her. Her attention to detail was outstanding. The Cottage is a quaint, clean comfortable waterside pad in which to enjoy the truly tranquil surrounds of Berowra Waters. Sue was a terrific, warm and friendly host. We were grateful for the pick up service, kayaks, tinnie and tips. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games. Highly recommended.

Louise's place is beautifullll - I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had such a lovely weekend there, the house is gorgeous and homey and has everything you need. The location is just stunning! It was so peaceful, there's some beautiful walks to do (including a nice waterfall!). There's absolutely nothing I'd change about it all - if you get a chance to stay here, definitely do.

Lovely peaceful spot, no traffic, train or watercraft noise, near the end of a culdesac on a quiet road. The studio is separate from the main house (by about 20m) and feels very private. We would come again. One issue was we couldn't get the aircon to blow warm, but Sak came over straight away and sorted it out (you have to have it on high fan, as well as heat and the correct temp). There are eating utensils and crockery enough for two people, as well as a fridge, kettle and toaster. Basically a lovely stay and a beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful 3 days in middle of winter. The Chalet was bathed in sunshine all day and we stayed warm all day. The location is extraordinary, right on the water with views of the bay from every window. The perfect spot to watch the sunset. We are looking forward to coming back.

Excellent cabin in a lovely tranquil location. Great hosts with everything that you need in the cabin plus more, to have a relaxing time outside of the city. Great for fishing and beach walks, close to amentities if you need to stock up on food too.

Cant get over how beautiful our weekend was, staying at this Air BnB. So so peaceful, the house is done so homely. There’s no much to add, as the description depicts it perfectly. I would recommended, highly!!!

Gorgeous place to stay, helpful info from Nicky, wish we could have stayed longer. The setting is so peaceful and loved it even in the cold of winter. Enjoyed paddling there on our kayak from Mooney Mooney, such a stunning part of the world so close to Sydney and wonderful to arrive and enjoy the hot shower and a cup of tea!
