I recently stayed at Villa Marina in Padne, Kerala, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax by the beach. The villa is well-maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and modern amenities that made our stay comfortable. The private lawn was a great spot to unwind, and the serene coastal views added to the charm. The host was very attentive and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere—the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. Waking up to the sound of the waves was magical. Overall, Villa Marina offers great value for money. It was a wonderful stay Nilaavu. It felt like our own home the moment we entered the property. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment. It's spacious, with a well-furnished living room and all rooms having attached bathrooms. Two of the rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. There's also ample parking space. My family, especially the kids, truly enjoyed the stay—it was a memorable experience for all of us.

This is a wonderful property. We had the entire ground floor to ourselves which was extremely spacious. We were also very pleased as it has a fully functional kitchen. The home is clean and the private garden is well maintained. My dogs had a wonderful time frolicking in the garden. Benny was very prompt and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. When we struggled to find a place to stay the next day, he accommodated us in his other property which saved us a lot of trouble. The meals were delicious and the instructions I received before reaching the property were detailed. We had a great time in Kannur, thanks to Benny and his family’s hospitality.

The stay was beautiful. We went during the peak summer so it’s obviously extremely hot, so stayed inside this amazing stay during day time, enjoying the view from the balcony. There was air conditioning but I think the capacity of air conditioner is not sufficient for the space of the room. Had to keep it on for so many hours to feel the room cooling down. No food places to go nearby, the airbnb helper cooks amazing sea food, other than that one can be able to order food from swiggy. Totally worth the price, very remote. Might have a bit of trouble to communicate with the helper/maid because she only knows malayalam, but easily manageable with a bit of effort and google translate.

I recently stayed at this beautiful house and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was neat, clean and thoughtfully designed. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. And parking was convenient ,I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

It is a good place and you can have a nice time working and living here. All facilities are there to make this a vivid coliving - a nice kitchen, a garden area, spacious couches and a common desk area. (The pictures are 100% real). I regret that I had no real contact to the other guests though during my short 3 days stay. But when I ran into a gathering of Athul with his friends I got invited to join and felt like an old friend immediately – indian hospitality at its best. The place is in walking distance from downtown with a good selection of restaurants, shops, markets and the railway station. It's a residential area still so if you're planning on activities like going to the beaches be prepared to take a Rikshaw.
