The apartment is exactly as described and Alessandro was a perfect host even if 'from afar' ! Everything you need is already in the house, even the directions to fully enjoy the area. Maybe a little noisy in the morning but for those who,like us, came to go around, it was not a problem! jetty a few meters away as well as the parking lots. Positive experience!

Loved staying at Rachele's place - the location is unbeatable and still peaceful up on the top floor. I had a few difficulties getting the key to work on the main door, but Rachele's dad came down and helped me with the "knack" needed to work the key in the lock. Bed was super-comfortable and I loved nice touches like the UK adapter and the complimentary water in the fridge.

Renovated, extremely clean new home, tidy in a quiet characteristic alley. On foot you can reach the beaches of Suna, the Lido with a pool and around we have places to eat, have aperitifs and a delicious ice cream shop. Daniela is truly a superhost, she was extremely helpful in anticipating check-in, she was always responsive and she recommended what to visit. highly recommended!!!

The location of this apartment is very good, close to the center of Verbania but at the same time quiet and with a beautiful view. The rooms are as described and photographed. The reception was perfect.
