Ipil is located 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (need reef shoes). Amazing sunsets and views.

The garden cottage is a fully self contained traditional house nestled in a 600 sqm organic garden. The house is clean and tidy. It is a very peaceful place yet is centrally located to the main tourist town of San Juan and just a short walk across the road to the Marine Sanctuary where you can snorkel at your leisure. There are only a few other houses surrounding the cottage, local families.
