Къщата е невероятна!Родителите на Леонидис ни посрещнаха с вода и сладкиши. Домът е изключително чист,подреден с много вкус и притежава всички удобства за незабравим престой. Намира се до тих и спокоен плаж, само на няколко крачки. Гледката от терасата към плажа ще помня още дълго време.Прекарахме си страхотно с моето пет членно семейство.Благодаря ви за чудесното изживяване. Надявам се скоро да се върнем при вас! Препоръчвам това място с цялото си сърце!

Η διαμονή μας στο ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΟ ΣΠΙΤΙ ΤΗΣ ΤΑΤΙΑΝΑΣ ήταν πράγματι φιλόξενο..... Καθαριότητα , όμορφη διακόσμηση, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνια ... και οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί , εξυπηρετικοί , και όμορφοι άνθρωποιθ Η έκπ0ληξη ήταν ότι με την αφιξή μας μας περίμενε μια νοστμότατη τυροπιτούλα από τα χεράκια της Τατιάνας , και η ίδια με ένα όμορφο χαμόγελο και ευγένεια Σας το σστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα , για να φ=γνωρίσετε την όμορφη ΔΡΑΜΑ !!!!!

Karakteri ve tarihi olan bir ev. Belki bazılarına kasvetli gelebilir ama ailem ve benim için güzel bir deneyimdi. Antika eşyalar mevcut. Mutfakta sadece yağ eksikti. Evin taştan bir avlusu vardı. Kahvaltı için güzel bir alan var ama arılarla ilgili önlem almalısınız. Keşke resimlerdeki gibi bir zeytinliğin içinde olsaydı ama bu da yetti.

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία, με πολύ ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε τις βόλτες στο χωριό και χαρήκαμε πολύ με την άμεση απόκριση του Κωνσταντίνου σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις. Το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς το είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες και οι αυλές του σπιτιού μπροστά και πίσω έδωσαν σε όλους μας την ευκαιρία να βρει ο καθένας μας τη γωνία που θα χαλαρώνει. Η Μπέλλα μας που είναι ένα 30κιλο 14χρονο golden ξάπλωσε και κοιμήθηκε σε όλες τις σκιές των δέντρων και εμείς είχαμε και τα φρέσκα φρούτα μας από τη μουριά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα και εις το επανιδείν!!! 🙏🏼🪷

It was a pleasure to stay in Vasiliki's house, the location is good, the building is new, the decoration is very cute, there were clean towels and linens, the necessary equipment that guests may need is provided, communication with the host was always great. Although the apartment is in a semi-basement, it gets very good sunlight. The garden of the house is incredibly pleasant and peaceful. We have stayed in Thassos before and this was the most enjoyable place, we will definitely stay here again! 🌸☀️🏝️

Sakin bir tatil yapmak için gayet güzel bir yer. Evde tek tuvalet olmasından başka bir eksik yoktu. Ev sahibi giriş çıkış konusunda çok esnek davrandı.

Lina eine sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Gastgeberin, völlig unaufdringlich aber jederzeit erreichbar. Sie geht auf Wünsche ein und versucht zu helfen. Das Studio Nr.4 traumhaft zur Entschleunigung und zum ankommen. Alles tipptopp sauber und gepflegt. Der herrliche Ausblick sowie der private kleine Meerzugang, ein Genuss. Wer braucht da schon noch einen Sandstrand. Mit nahegelegenen Tavernen ist man auch gut versorgt, Selbstversorgerfrühstück gut möglich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this place! The communication was smooth and prompt, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I felt right at home and truly appreciated their attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen tollen Gastgeber und es wurde gut um uns gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein und wirklich schön gepflegt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wir hätten ihn zu gerne benutzt, leider hat uns das Wetter einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Aber ansonsten gab es alles was wir brauchten. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sogar mit Grill-Kohle versorgt und unser Auto abgespült nach dem Saharastaub. Das war wirklich lieb. Zum Abschied gab es noch eine selbstgemachte Marmelade. Für uns waren die zwei Nächte ein schöner Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter und wir würden wieder kommen.

Endroit très paisible avec des hôtes super accueillants! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le petit déjeuner maison qui était délicieux!

Ev tam anlamıyla harika. İçi tertemiz, havuz güzel, deniz görünüyor. Ve kafa dinlemek için aşırı güzel bir konumda. Herşeyiyle çok memnun kaldık ve tekrar gitmek çok isteriz.

Lamprini is an excellent host! Very nice and easy to communicate with. The house and the property are fantastic! Very spacious and sparkling clean. The location is right off of the main road, and within walking distance to restaurants and the sea. The pool on the property was fantastic! We had a large group with kids and it was a wonderful place for them to play! There is a beach that you can walk to from the villa, that has the beautiful water, but the beach itself was a little baren for my taste. There are stunning beaches to visit on Thassos that you must drive to from the Villa.

The villa is fantastic and the garden is absolutely beautiful! A very comfortable house that can accommodate a lot of people. We were 3 couples - one with two kids and one with a baby and the house was perfect for us. Spotless, very tidy and a lot of space including a large living room and a huge backyard. All of us loved our stay! Ilias is a very polite and welcoming person. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back soon.

Really great location for families need to rest and still have Thassos island at your disposition, house have everything you need for a great vacation, either great pool if feel like not to go to the sea on some days, few Taverns walk distance, or fancy ones if want to drive, if have pet will feel better than home:) About Tassos the host, almost he's reading your minds what you will need :), will feel real Greek hospitality

We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The place looks nice, a bit small for 4 persons but manageable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it's OK, we were able to make breakfast in the morning. The problem we encountered is that the yard is not fully fenced, is not fenced at all. It has some plants around it but for a big part of it the plants are still very small. Our dogs were able to get out of the yard with no problem. Another thing I didn't understood from the listing is that the villa is shared, is not the entire villa. Upstairs you have neighbors. Other than that, the host were lovely and considerate, we also had a small incident with our friends dog who chewed on a cable but in the end everything was good. We had a lovely stay nevertheless.

We had a lovely time. The house is right next to the beach. Dimitra is a very kind person, easy to communicate with. There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view. Everything is as described.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει στην όποια ερώτηση. Ο χώρος καθαρός , όπως στην περιγραφή . Είχαμε μια άνετη διαμονή . Το προτείνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη σε όλους .

Close to the beautiful beaches and city of Kavala, Irina’s place was the perfect spot for us to spend four days and nights. The place is very well designed, and has all the amenities you need for a trip. The view is incredible, and was a highlight of our visit. We would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you Irina!

Unser Aufenthalt in Nea Iraklitsa war einfach fantastisch – und das verdanken wir vor allem diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und unserem großartigen Gastgeber Babis! Das Haus war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer war ein absolutes Highlight – wir haben dort viele entspannte Abende verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Strand, an Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Auch Kavala ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Babis war ein unglaublich aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber – er hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wir können dieses Haus und Babis als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen!

About the location only good things to say! Nice and clean, with a lot of space (we were 4 adults and 3 children) nicely decorated and comfortable! The beach near the apartment is small but nice, peaceful and relaxing, great for children. It’s also very close to Kavala city where you have a lot of different options for visiting, entertainment, restaurants, bars or beaches. The host is really friendly and nice. We really enjoy the time spent there.

Страхотно е когато някой се е погрижил толкова добре за да изкараш почивката си!!! Домът е невероятен,гледката удивителна,а удобствата са повече отколкото можеш да очакваш.Домакините бяха отзивчиви и отговаряха бързо на всички въпроси. Плажа е на 2-3 минути а наоколо има всичко което е необходимо за една ваканция.Благодарим много за всичко!

Casa del Greco really exceeded our expectations! The place is in a very calm neighborhood and at the same time very close to the a beach and a great restaurant and beach bar. The place has everything you need, the living room is very spacious with 2 sofas and a large bed, the kitchen fully equipped. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen and shower! For me the greatest thing was the outdoor yard with the green grass and plenty of herbs where you can spend nice evenings - eating or just resting. Our dog loved it! And the little bunny is just so cute! Merry and Nikos are just great hosts - extremely friendly, responsive, gave us a lot of recommendations and hints for the area like beaches, restaurants, markets, etc. The only 2 setbacks were the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and echo noise from our neighbors terrace - the tourists were untypically noisy. We would definitely come back next summer!

The place was really clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed for our vacation and both Tasos and Kiki were really kind, helpful and responsive for all of our demands. The made our whole group feel really comfortable and happy. The place is exactly as in the photos, if not better, there is plenty of room for a large group (we were 9 people). There are walking distance beaches and really good restaurants and some supermarkets in the area, so it is a great spot, because it was both cozy, clean and calm but at the same time there are plenty of options for beach/food. Speaking on behalf of 9 people, we strongly recommend !
