Holiday rentals with beach access in Palio

We were there with four children (8,11,13,14) and the house was just perfect for us. Plenty of space and large rooms, the kitchen is perfectly equipped as we like to cook every day. The beach is 5 minutes away and the city center is about 10 minutes on foot. Very nice, friendly and accommodating hosts. Very good value for money. We would come back anytime. Netflix was the highlight for the kids. :)

Great place to stay. Two minutes from the beach area and five minutes from shops and restaurants. Nothing was missing in the studio. Communication with the host for everything is continuous. I recommend for a holiday. Thanks to the host.

Great value for money! Everything is within walking distance, great beach promenade with many restaurants. Rooms kept very simple and modern and very clean. Host very accommodating and friendly. We were only there for four days, because of a wedding - next time we'd like to stay longer for the real holiday. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

Lovely apartment, cleanliness top notch, everything was fragrant, very tidy. It has a very beautiful sea view. It has a parking spot where you pass the elevator and go up to the house, very important. Napoleon is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone!

Alexandros apartment is delightful. It is very artistically decorated and is very peaceful. The sea view deck has very comfortable lounge chairs and is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea air. The beach, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. Alexandros was always available online and was very helpful and responsive. His father Philipo was on site and was very helpful as well. Philipo is an extremely kind and generous person. He brought us lush bunches of freshly picked grapes and other wonderful food during. We had a very relaxing stay in Alexandros apartment and highly recommend it.

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! We were very pleased and highly recommend it! The apartment is very close to the sea. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Despina's parents, Anna and Giorgios, are wonderful hosts. As well as preparing the apartment perfectly for us, they also served us several delicious meals unexpectedly. The location is 2 minutes from an unspoilt beach, surrounded by rocky coastline perfect for snorkeling (we saw octopus, garfish, cuttlefish, painted comber, and grouper). We had an idyllic holiday, and hope to return next year!

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. Anastasia's house is a very nice house to stay in peace. There is always hot water for showers. There are enough kitchenware for those who want to have breakfast at home, maybe a classic teapot could have be better. There is a great stove, clean and easy to use. We stayed in May and a few logs of wood were enough to sleep in a warm house until the morning. Although there were instructions on the way to the house, we arrived very late at night, so we had some difficulty finding the house. The house is outside the village, so you need a car to go shopping, have breakfast or at least to the beach.

It's a great place to have a relaxing holiday. There was nothing missing except for the fact that there was only one toilet in the house. The host was very flexible about check-in and check-out.

It was a very pleasant stay in Kavala, we felt right at home and everything was available in the apartment. Great location and beautiful view

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

We are extremely pleased with our stay at Vasiliki. We would choose these hosts and this place again on our next trip to Thassos. During the vacation, we felt at home. Perfectly clean, welcoming, sunny and warm hosts. Always smiling, responsive. They gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the place. They changed our towels and bed linen periodically. The apartment is impeccable in every respect. It has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. It is within walking distance of the beach, shops and taverns. This is our second time in this apartment. We felt very comfortable again. The apartment was very clean. It had a particularly comfortable bed. The balcony with the view is breathtaking. Every evening, sunsets as if made just for us. 😍 The apartment is located right on the beach. Fantastic! Our landlords were again very friendly and yet very reserved. In case of problems (we had wanted a grill), a solution was immediately found. 😊 We'll be back here a third time. Everything perfect!

Konstantina is a great host. The studios she offered are very comfortable. We had a studio for 4 people (two adults and two children). It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. We most enjoyed the barbecue area with authentic Greek stone and romantic lighting. Location is amazing. A must visit again. Thanks for everything!
