The central location means that every point of interest is within walking distance, from Piazza Marina to the Cathedral, passing through the Quattro Canti. The large living room has a separate entrance, private bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking Via della Loggia; it has a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed.

The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
