The apartment, which has Wi-Fi, is located on the second floor of a fully renovated historic building, equipped with an elevator. It extends for a total area of 130 square meters on a single level, plus another 40 square meters of terrace which is accessed from an elegant staircase in the living room. Inside there are two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and TVs also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos they were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with a shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (usable upon request with an additional cost of 20 euros per person) and a wind, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a wide opening with the kitchen area equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, a table for the first breakfast and anythingelse necessary to make you feel at home; there is also a small laundry room, so as well as to allow you to comfortably, so as well to allow even long stays. The large furnished terrace equipped with an umbrella is ideal for spending pleasant moments.
