As can be seen from the photos, exiting the entrance of the building you find yourself in front of the cathedral of Palermo. You will be in the historic center, in the pedestrian area, on foot or by public transport you can reach the main tourist attractions of the city, some are very close (the Martorana, the Palatine Chapel, the Royal Palace etc.). Zyz is located on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful 1930s building in the heart of the commercial centre of Palermo, just a few steps from Politeama Theater. There are two double bedrooms, one in the loft above the open-plan kitchen/living room with sofa bed, one bathroom with shower and a small laundry. I provide my guests with a personal guidebook full of local recommendations. There is a bar next door that plays music until night and lots of options to enjoy the nightlife nearby.

The recently renovated accommodation is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator in the historic center of Palermo (Piazza Magione), and consists of a living room-kitchen with balcony, a bedroom with window and a bathroom with shower. It overlooks a large, quiet and bright courtyard, and the area is well served by shops, restaurants, and public transportation, being within walking distance of the Central Station. Un quartiere caratterizzato da un intreccio di culture che lo rendono unico al mondo tanto da diventare patrimonio Unesco. La Cappella Palatina, Palazzo Reale, la maestosa Cattedrale, l'antico mercato di Ballaro',tutti punti raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. La movida tra i locali e i ristoranti caratterizzano questo quartiere rendendolo una meta molto ambita dai visitatori tutto l'anno.

il mio appartamento si chiama "4 passi..." si chiama così perchè oltre ad essere carino, spazioso, funzionale, rifinito e ben arredato, si trova davvero a quattro passi dalle meraviglie del centro di Palermo e del suo salotto artistico e commerciale. Chi prenota 4 passi avrà a disposizione tutto l’appartamento senza doverlo condividere con altri inquilini. ...so già che vi troverete benissimo per tante ragioni e quindi non mi resta che dirvi "benvenuti!"
