Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Palermo

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

Clara's place in Palermo was gorgeous, serene, tasteful, comfortable, and in an excellent spot. The artwork and art books that dot the apartment were a special pleasure. The sun-filled living room was like being in a tree-house, with the leafy park of the zoo across the street and high-rise apartment buildings in the distance. From the balcony we could see dog-walkers, students going to school, drivers jostling for street parking, and generally get a feel for the neighborhood and the people who live there. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the location just off Ave. del Libertador was convenient for getting all types of transportation. This apartment will always be one of my fondest memories of Buenos Aires. Thank you!

Marysol was INCREDIBLE!!! Extremely responsive, loads of reccomendations, and just overall the best Airbnb host I’ve had so far. She was there to greet us, even was willing to come to the Airbnb and help us when we forgot our keys, and was so accommodating with our luggage. The place is beautiful, clean, and super organized. Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

I’d rent this for a year if I could! It was the perfect space for us! Terrace, sunny, clean and I can literally not imagine a better location. Safe, walkable, subway easy to walk to, cafes, yummy food! Close to the botanical garden. 10 out of 10. Thank you, Santos!

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

This was an amazing place to stay in Buenos Aires! Not only were the accommodations extremely comfortable and everything you could want, but Lucas went above and beyond to help us, offering early check-in and storing our luggage upon check-out since we had a late flight. Before arrival, he sent us a video on how to find the apartment in the building. It felt extremely safe because there was a locked gate and a security guard always present. The area surrounding the apartment also felt extremely safe. We had no problems walking to restaurants or to stores late at night. There were lots of restaurants and stores close by, as well as various bus stops. The Subway was a 15-minute walk, which seemed common for BA. The apartment had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and an iron. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!

Location location location!!! Amazing place in the heart of Palermo.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's department was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super pleasant area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the region, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. The host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations by WhatsApp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

it is the second time I visit the apartment of Paula in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently well located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular well lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. sure when I visit Buenos Aires again I will stay there! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, the view from the balcony was incredible (I was even proposed to there, haha), we were able to do everything on foot, many restaurants, bars and parks nearby. The noise from the street did not enter the apartment, which was very quiet and pleasant for sleeping. Safe place. Comfortable bed.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favoring perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. The stay was spectacular. It's the second time I've stayed and I'd always come back. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view. The apartment is as described, very clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Communication with the hosts was very good and friendly. I recommend it 100%.
