Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 min walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

A 9th floor with a large terrace, very bright and with a great open view of the city. Many of the city's attractions can be visited on foot or by any means of public transportation (excellent connection to subway, trains, and buses). In a very quiet area but a few meters from parks, bars, restaurants, museums, etc!

The apartment is super well decorated and equipped. It is very comfortable and is VERY well located. It is very comfortable. We have refrigerator with freezer, ice machine, smart TV, wifi, electric stove, electric oven, two air conditioners and a GREAT BBQ! Close to parks, promenades, subway station, bikes and buses. In addition to having a spectacular gastronomic offer around. I lived here until recently and love it.
