DEPARTAMENTO PALERMO El apartamento se ha diseñado con mucho cariño y profesionalidad para que tu estadía sea muy agradable. Es muy luminoso, completamente vidriado y protegido por un sistema de cortinas Sun-screen. Tiene vistas muy amplias de la ciudad que pueden ser apreciadas desde un espacioso balcón terraza. Por su fantástica ubicación, es apto para viajeros tanto de negocios como los que buscan conocer una ciudad "europea" en Sudamérica. Haz un click en la reserva. No te arrepentiras. El apartamento posee un gran living-comedor con cocina integrada y un toillete de recepción. El dormitorio esta equipado con una cama Queen y un gran placard para guardado de ropa y valijas. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a un gran espacio común con jardín, dos piscinas, gimnasio y un sector de mini golf. • Es obligatorio presentar documentación oficial de todos los ocupantes que se alojarán en el departamento. • El horario de entrada será desde las 3 PM hasta las 8 PM. A partir de las 8 PM se cobrará un suplemento de 20 dólares, que se abonará a la llegada con la entrega de las llaves. Si necesitas entrar antes de las 3 PM deberás solicitarlo con antelación y lo resolveremos en base a la disponibilidad, pero puede implicar un suplemento de dinero. • El horario de salida será antes de las 11 AM. Si deseas abandonar el apartamento más tarde deberás solicitarlo con antelación y en base a la disponibilidad estaremos encantados de ayudarte. Pero puede implicar un dinero extra. • Recuerda que el apartamento debe ser devuelto en las mismas condiciones de orden y limpieza que a tu llegada. • Te solicito que saques la basura todos los días, especialmente en los meses de verano. • Es importante respetar el número de personas que ocuparán el departamento, nunca debe sobrepasar el estipulado en la reserva. En caso contrario se pedirá al cliente el desalojo inmediato del apartamento sin compensación económica. • Por favor, se amable con el descanso de los vecinos. En el supuesto de que se generen molestias por el ruido o por música elevada, solicitaremos amablemente el cese de los disturbios. Si hubiese un segundo aviso le pediremos al cliente y a sus acompañantes la salida inmediata del apartamento, sin derecho a la devolución del dinero ya pagado. En caso de que estas molestias generen alguna multa por parte de la administración del edificio, será cargada a la cuenta el cliente. • No se admiten mascotas. • No está permitido fumar dentro del departamento. • Por favor ten cuidado con las valijas para no rozar las paredes, todo es nuevo en este edificio. • Sólo entregamos un juego de llaves. Asegúrate siempre de cerrar con llave el departamento y no te las olvides adentro. La pérdida o el olvido de las mismas dentro del apartamento y tener que desplazarnos para abrirlo, supondrá un suplemento adicional de 40 dólares. Si se precisa cerrajero, se abonará el importe del mismo. • Apaga las luces y el aire acondicionado antes de salir del apartamento. Mantener en 24ºC la temperatura del aire acondicionado, y encenderlo sólo si es necesario. Esto ayudará a ahorrar energía y proteger al medio ambiente. • Debe hacerse un uso respetuoso con las toallas y sábanas que se ofrecen. Si se realiza un uso incompatible con su conservación y futuro uso (por ejemplo, desmaquillarse con las toallas, ensuciar las sábanas con alimentos) el usuario pagará las sábanas o las toallas que quedarán inutilizadas. Te ofrecemos toallones de color, especiales de secado rápido, para que uses en la piscina. • Prohibido realizar fotografías en el departamento para beneficio de terceros, sin autorización explícita del propietario. • En estadías superiores a 30 noches, los gastos de gas, agua y luz se abonan aparte del alquiler. • A la hora del check out por favor, dejar las llaves encima de la mesa del salón y corroborar que la puerta se cierre luego de salir. Se concentran locales de diseño de objetos y muebles, tiendas de ropa, conformando un auténtico shopping a cielo abierto . Es uno de los sitios gastronómicos de excelencia de la ciudad. Allí se encuentra las más variadas propuestas de comidas de todo el mundo. La cercanía a uno de los shopping más exclusivos, llamado ALTO PALERMO hace más atractiva la estadía. Recoleta Chic, peaceful and elegant apartment

The apartment is newly remodeled with very tasteful details in its decoration and modern equipment. It is located meters from Avda. Santa Fe where the best shops in the city are located and very connected to its means of transportation. The master bedroom has a "super king" bed that can be assembled as a whole or separated into two twin beds. The pillows are "smart" and the bedding and towels are of very good quality. The appliances are new and consist of an oven and electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric turkey, toaster, and a refrigerator with freezer. The air conditioning is cold/hot and the room also has a ceiling fan for those who cannot tolerate direct cold air. Hot water comes from the building's central boiler, making it easy to take long, pleasant baths. Under the kitchen counter is a modern washing machine. All doors are lockable and the room can be locked from its access corridor, thus becoming a "private suite" with the bathroom. I like to socialize, I can assist guests at any time, by email or cell phone. I live very close to the apartment, I can come if they need me. I provide guests with a complimentary public transportation card that can then be recharged at nearby kiosks. On the dining table I leave the house instructions as well as a guide with recommendations on shopping in the supermarket, nearby shops and places to eat with affordable prices and good quality food. I can personally advise my guests on tourist attractions, restaurants or fun fashionable places, museums, art galleries or shopping. It is an exclusive residential area, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, and boutiques to explore and stroll around. A few meters from one of the most beautiful squares in the city. It is located meters from Av. Santa Fe where a large number of bus lines circulate that take you in a few minutes to the main attractions of the City. It is also 5 blocks from the subway. Upon arrival, I give you a complimentary public transportation card that can be recharged at kiosks and a guide to the main places of interest. Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional cost of 20 USD. If the stay is longer than 8 days, a set of sheets and towels will be provided.

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.
