This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

The contact with Michele was friendly and Michele was always quick to reach. Michele proactively communicated and everything was as shown on the pictures and in the description. The apartment is quiet and yet you can quickly reach the beach and the center on foot. Gladly come back.

Everything as described, the accommodation is really in a very quiet place but very close to the beach and various services. Luigi was very helpful and precise.

Finding the apartment was very simple. We were greeted by Giuseppe and Paola, very kind and interesting hosts, and check-in was quick. This is a small, cozy apartment with a kitchen-living room and a separate bedroom. We felt right at home. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking and small important things like salt, pepper, sugar and so on. Upon arrival, we appreciated having a bottle of cold water from the refrigerator because it was very hot. There is also a small patio where you can sit with a cup of coffee. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect. A big advantage for us was the availability of a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and works very well. There is free parking in front of the house. There is a supermarket a five-minute walk from the house. We'd love to come back here again!

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back:)

Casa Lavanda I can say that it is a real hidden wonder in San Giorgio, apartment all functional and very cozy, nice warm and above all clean! With a nice parking lot in front of the house, 100 meters from the city center, with a supermarket, tobacconist and pharmacy always available very close to the house. Mr. Luigi is a very polite and kind person, we met in person. He welcomed me with chocolates, wholemeal cookies and a bottle of prosecco, I was very happy with all this. I highly recommend you go and spend a few days on vacation in Casa Lavanda! I'll be back for sure.

We stayed in the beautiful accommodation for three nights and would have liked to stay longer. It's a breathtaking view and the whirlpool is the icing on the cake. We were completely satisfied! We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

A lovely place to relax! We stayed in this apartment and were very pleased. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome prosecco, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. We slept just fine — the apartment is very clean, cozy and fresh. In the evening, we dined outside, there is a convenient space for this. Parking is right at the house, the airport is about 20 minutes away. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and attention to detail!

Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is stunning, with breathtaking sea views and dreamy sunsets—perfect with a cocktail in the hand. Beach access is private and peaceful, and Trieste and Udine are both easy day trips. The complex is well-kept with great parking. Communication with the host Kallirroi was perfect 10/10 !!!very proactive, kind, and super helpful, thank you !

We stayed in Alex's apartment for five nights in June – for the second time – and were delighted again. The communication with Alex was super friendly, fast and uncomplicated, the self check-in went smoothly. The apartment was clean, decorated in a modern way, and very welcoming. The sea view was simply fantastic – like in the movies! The location is ideal: just a few steps to the beach and the old town with many restaurants and small shops. Our son (8 years old), my partner and I enjoyed the time very much - during the day on the beach, in the evening at dinner in Caorle. Everything you need for everyday life was there. A big thank you to Alex for the great support! We can absolutely recommend his apartments and are already looking forward to our stay next year. 😍🌞🌊

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
