Excellent stay, accommodation very well located, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie on our arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back for a longer period

We had a very pleasant quiet weekend in this small house by the canal, while being close to the centre of Palavas. The terrace is lovely! We took advantage of the canoes and paddleboards available. Gregory was very welcoming.

Everything was perfect. Being there for a trade show, I didn't take advantage of the environment (restaurants, shopping...) so I can't comment on that. But I would really recommend this rental, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment was impeccable

Perfect place, JC and Eva are welcoming and caring, responsive if you have any questions. The place was clean, well laid out, the A/C and hot tub are a big plus. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, walks around the lake or cathedral are close by. i would fully recommend

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful terrace on Carnon beach. Great bedding and furniture. Underground parking space. All within walking distance. I would recommend it 100%.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice accommodation with blue decor, cheerful and bright. True to the description and photos. All the hosts we met were very nice!! Small downside: the building's exterior maintenance really leaves something to be desired.

The welcome is very friendly. Thanks to SOPHANI, very efficient. Still happy with the accommodation we had already occupied in January 2024. The apartment is spacious, well arranged and clean in terms of the dishes, the living rooms and the comfortable bedding. The nice thing is that everything can be done on foot. Shops nearby, not to mention the beach a few metres away. The terrace is spacious and bright, which means we don't necessarily have to go to the beach.

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who was always friendly and quick to respond to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time at Max and Katrin's place in Palavas-les-Flots! Conveniently located, clean and comfortable apartment with all the necessities to fully enjoy our vacation. The view was beautiful and we loved the atmosphere of Palavas. A big thank you to Max & Katrin for this very satisfying experience, we have precious memories of our time! We recommend 100%🙂

a cocoon on the rooftops of Montpellier. this apartment is just perfect. comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful and pleasant bathroom. it is bathed in light and the terrace is spacious and comfortably furnished. everything is done on foot, the location is ideal. I recommend +++, we will come back.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it is the cleanest and most pleasant I have tested in 6 months in Montpellier! New building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

excellent stay. apartment complete enough and above all everything is accessible without a car. lots of amenities next door and catering. beach 5 min walk and it's quiet and clean.

hello, perfect stay. clean, tidy, well-equipped accommodation. good bedding photos faithful to the description. close to shops on foot, beach also but a little further. reserved and secure parking space in a closed car park the apartment is planned for 4 but it could be small for 4. there were two of us and it was perfect. thank you for everything Loubna
