The house, decorated in a bohemian seaside style, is a real holiday oasis, distinguished by its naturalness, light color tones, cozy wicker wood and seaside nature details. The cottage is spread over 2 floors with an attic that can accommodate up to 8 people. The area has a heated 16-meter swimming pool (heated until October 1). The cottage is in a quiet place, has a separate enclosed courtyard, terrace with outdoor furniture, outdoor heater, etc. The distance to the sea is only 500 m, walking through the pine forest.

The living space features a round dining table surrounded by four rattan chairs, complemented by a large area rug. A black media unit houses a flat-screen TV. Natural light enters through glass doors, which open to a view of greenery outside.

This is probably the most spacious place You can find in Palanga for this price. 130 square meters + 30 s.m. private roof top calm terrace. Spacious kitchen and most importantly two separate bathrooms if You come with his or her parents. Well You know what I mean. The rest I hope is understandable from the pictures. (If not let me know) Also barbecue is available with electric stove in the terrace. I will provide. Please don’t set the house on fire.
