The apartment area is equipped with a large children's playground, which operates fountains, basketball court, simulators, bike path, you can use bicycles for additional fee.

Smiltynė beach, Sea Museum and Dolphinarium can be reached by a ferry from the Old Ferry Terminal (passengers and cyclist - only). The distance to Old Ferry Terminal is ~ 200 m. 25 min walk from Bus and Railway stations.

Apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a kitchen. It is fully furnished, has a very fast Wi-fi, Smart television. Guests will allways find some coffee & tea. Private parking free of public parking charge. Apartment is located ina very suitable place it is city center, but very quite and easy to reach any place from it. The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.
