We loved our stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly situated by the lake. The views were breathtaking, and the host was fantastic. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat!

Everything you'd need for a stay in Kaunus. Bed was incredibly comfortable - so much so that my boyfriend is looking to get a similar mattress for at home! It's away from busy streets so no noise at night but still in a good area and feels safe. The flat was clean and tidy with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials provided, including a hairdryer. It's about 20 mins walk to the main train station or you can get an Uber for around 5 euros. The only minor issue we had was opening and locking the door - you just have to push the key in all the way and turn 4 times. It was easy enough to figure out eventually! All in all, a very good stay. Would stay again.

Great hosts—really lovely people! The location is peaceful and offers an interesting experience. It's definitely worth the trip, even if you're not headed to Belarus. It's a wonderful way to escape Vilnius (while still being quite close) and fully unwind in nature. A perfect spot to relax and recharge.

The apartment is conveniently located in the old town (300m from the town hall via the courtyards). A very quiet street. Has parking in the courtyard but narrow enough for our van. A real plus because the whole old town is parked for 7 days a week 6pm/24h. The apartment is very well decorated in the architect or decorator style. Lots of photo books, art, design, architecture... A mix of old (the building, the hardwood floors, the walls) and the modern. Very comfortable mattress, large bathroom. A very large room to live in. Very quiet. We also enjoyed the smart TV which allowed us to see the information in French. In short, comfortable to rest in after a day outside. Lots of restaurants nearby, a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. We managed to do anything on foot without even taking the bus for the 3 days. The owners are very responsive, and respond very quickly. In short, a very good memory.

Marija’s place is all in all beautiful. She’s herself a designer and an artist, and you could sense how professionally and passionately well done this place is. Every detail matters. Lots of rare design pieces, selected with knowledge and passion, very environmentally thoughtful and very well planned. Marija was responding to my every question within minutes, be it morning or late night, so it’s seven stars! I know how difficult that is, to maintain and sustain the place like this . Kudos to Marija!

Wake up to a view of the forest and the sea, as you are on one of the highest peaks in the area. A short walk through the forest or on the streets to get to the center of town where the sea is. This place has all of the amenities you will need, and is in a perfect location. Thank you very much!

The apartment is cozy and spacious, matched the description and photos provided. The host of the apartment was prompt in answering the questions we had, was given the opportunity to check in to the apartment earlier than stated in the listing. After expressing the need to store bikes safely, the hostess offered a storage shed.

Very large house, lots of beds, rooms, everyone could have had their own space. There is a trampoline, gazebo, barbeque in the yard. There is everything you need for staying longer - washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, microwave. Beds are soft, bedding, towels are clean. We recommend 100 percent 😊

Cozy place, very private, authentic without posh elements. The Sauna experience with the host driving it was amazing! Be ready for 5km of unpaved road (although quite ok - we managed it even with road motorbikes).

Even though our stay was short, it was wonderful. Nice house with a pond to spend holidays with family. Would be nice to stay longer.

I am returning to this place again and again and again. You will have seen my other reviews under this property that still stand true. As Nida grows progressively busier (even in winter), the location of the property and comfortable parking arrangements become progressively more valuable, as the town centre can get truly happening. For me and my dog who is nervous and shy it is a blessing. I recommend tipping the cleaning lady generously as she is doing such a brilliant job there. As it is one of the few locations in Nida where you can enter the forest almost from your doorstep for infinitely long walks, I recommend exploring unmarked trails in the woods - you cannot get lost on the Curonian Spit.

We had a great time in the bunker, a bit different place to live!
