We had an amazing 10-day stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic—very accessible to many places, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. We worked-from-home, and the WIFI is excellent, never disappointed us, it got to 300 MBPS. Everything in the unit was great, our one and only concern was the Shower, it didn't have a Mount. Aside from that, we Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay & a reliable Internet / WIFI connection. Would definitely book again!

My first time trying Airbnb as I've always booked hotels during my travel, but I have to admit, the place definitely exceeded my expectations. Host is very responsive which was a great plus. The moment you get inside the airbnb, you get a cozy feeling as if you own the place - this is the immediate vibe that I got. Basic necessities are available for you to use. Even the guards and staff in the lobby were friendly. If I am to write a "con" - I'd just say that the bathroom could have used some rags to step on. Then again, it probably was just missed by accident since someone else was staying before me with only a couple hours gap to clean up.

Very nice unit, as described. It is also nice be nearby everything and everywhere you might need to go.

最高の滞在でした。古いコンドミニアムなのに、清潔で、下水などの匂いがしないコンドミニアムはレガスピエリアではは珍しいです。冷蔵庫に水の用意をしていただいた気遣いは、なかなかこの国で体験できないものでした。また、間接照明がおしゃれに設定されており、夜寝る時も全く違和感なく、順番に電気を消して、眠りに就くことができました。シャワールームもトイレとの仕切りがしっかりしており、通常はシャワー室とトイレが一体で水浸しになるところが、シャワー室の水が漏れることが無かったです。 あえて、改善点をいえば、 １．リビングルームにもごみ箱が欲しかったです ２．水以外の飲み物が有料でも置いてあると、より特別感を感じました。 ３．キッチンの電気機器が普通だったので、コンドミニアム全体の雰囲気からすると、もう少し、電気機器に拘っても良いと思います。

I had such a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive. The place was exactly as described. It was clean, cozy, and in a great location. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, first aid kit, books, and card games. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I booked for my friend who took NCLEX. She loves the place, it is clean and spacious, also very convenient, as her NCL examination site is just a walk away from the 'Airbnb' building, perfect indeed for those who will take the exam. I will surely recommend this place to my friends who might also take the exam in the future. Mr. Richard is also very responsive and gives complete details/instructions from booking to check out.

We loved the place and the amenities! It was our first time to use airbnb. It was good value for money compared to booking in hotels esp if you are a family. We were able to cook and do laundry and in the process saved money! It accommodates max 3 people but one will have to sleep on the floor using some thick sheets or duvet. My teenage son slept on the floor (with carpet) and he was fine and slept well. Just a heads-up for those who are not used to sleeping without a mattress. A little issue which has nothing to do with the place itself is the noise coming from outside even with the windows closed. The loud noise of big motorcycles running on very high speed late in the night. So heads-up for light-sleepers. No other noises bothered us except that bcuz the area is pretty peaceful. The owners are so responsive, kind and easy to deal with. We made the right choice to pick them! More than the nice place, it was important to us that the owners are warm and understanding. There was a minor issue with the unit during my stay. Richard was very responsive and helpful and got the issue resolved very quickly in a manner that I greatly appreciated. Very good host!

We have stayed at this building a couple times. Very convenient location. This room has been one of the best for host instructions and responsiveness as well as very clean. This is a great place to hang your hat while visiting. I would recommend if you like the area.

This is the 2nd time stayed at alvin’s condo, felt like my own place,. In a great location, close to major highways and mall. A lot food places around the area. The unit itself was pefect fit for 1-2 person. Nice living room and full kitchen. Highly recommend the place specially for longer stay. Second time staying at Jeryl's place and it was as good as the first. It's hard to find a reason to not choose his place, without being nitpicky, if you want a decent place to stay at around Makati area. The bnb is clean and spacious and is located close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The one nitpicky issue I had was that I found the security was a bit too strict sometimes. You need an RFID card in order to go through the door to access the elevators but you don't get one if you're a guest so you'd have to always ask the security guards to open the doors for you which can be a bit annoying especially when you're going out of the building since you'd have to knock on the door and hope for the guards to hear you or wait for other tenants to tap their cards and open the door. On the positive side, it does feel really safe and secure knowing that the building security is strict. 10/10 would book again 😛🤙💯

We had a great time during our stay in Sarah's place! Everything we needed was provided. It also near places like conveniemce stores and restaurants. Sarah also provided complimentary snacks and coffee! The place was well maintained and we felt right at home in it.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”
