Mhel’s place is highly recommended for big group /family. She responds to all my questions and inquiries. The place is clean, and spacious and has basic amenities. The building is secured and safe. We are pleased with our stay at Mhel’s place and will definitely come back.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The unit was spotless and had a lot of amenities available to use, it truly felt like home where you can cook and wash your laundry. Good wifi and free Netflix too if you get bored. As for noise and surrounding, its a pretty peaceful neighborhood. Besides the occational train passing by during the day, it pretty quiet. You can have a peaceful sleep. The location was great too, just a walking distance from the train station and other public transportation options. There's a convenience store at the ground floor and another 7eleven just around the block, its nearby plenty of places to eat too—local diners, fast food chains or street snacks, take your pick. Check-in & out process was smooth too, the host is very responsive as well and they even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since we arrived earlier than expected. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Kaizen home was a good choice for my business trip. The independent check-in process was smooth & hassle-free. It was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Wifi was reliable for the most part, though it did drop for about 30 minutes once. Not ideal, but support was responsive & quick to assist. Jaymar, the host, was friendly and very responsive throughout my stay. Any minor issues I brought up were addressed promptly. The location is also quite convenient, but the elevators were often busy and had to wait for a long time to go down sometimes. The unit is technically a studio with a divider, so space is a bit tight. If you’re expecting a full 1-bedroom setup, this might feel smaller than you imagined. Also, had a bit of an unpleasant surprise with a cockroach running on top of me while i was relaxing on the bed just hours after they did some pest control. All in all, the apartment was functional, comfortable enough, and worked well for my trip.

This was our second stay here in just a month, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The place is just as clean, cozy, and comfortable as the first time. Ms. Teresa is incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. It really felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Absolutely amazing stay. Stunning view over Greenbelt with a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset. The place was clean and comfortable with everything you need to be self sufficient. Patrick was very responsive and always quick to support. Well recommended.

I had a wonderful stay, there are many good restaurants nearby and stores. The surrounding area is well guarded making you feel safe. The TV is large and they have a pool on the 2nd floor. I definitely recommend it to any of my friends

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Makati, Manila. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location—it was super close to everything! Restaurants, malls, cafes, and convenience stores were all just a short walk away, making it really easy to get around without needing a car. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, especially in the evenings, and I appreciated being in such a central area while still having a quiet space to relax. The host was responsive and helpful, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Manila, especially if you want to be in the middle of the action while still enjoying a cozy, homey space.

We stayed in Makati for 3 nights as part of our Philippines trip. We are glad we chose Mary’s place, it’s in Metro Manila rather than the centre which was perfect for us, great restaurants and malls all close distance and the pool was great to have at the accommodation, thanks for a great stay!

The unit was really beautiful. When we entered, all we could say was “wow”. We also had a very smooth check-in. It’s different from the usual airbnb experience you get here in Eastwood. This one gives you that elite feeling at an affordable price (maybe cause we got it at a discounted rate) The work desk with a view was a +++++++ The only problem was the internet cuts off from time to time when inside the rooms but overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vanessa was a great host throughout my stay. Always available, very knowledgeable (especially regarding real estate), and goes the extra mile for her guests. Kristine and Regine were great co-host, in that they knew the technical aspects of the electronics listed. The listed price is definitely worth it. I will gladly consider working with them again in the future

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

This was our second stay at Joyce’s apartment, and once again, everything was perfect. We love the great location, the cosy atmosphere, and of course, the amazing view from the 46th floor. Communication with Joyce is always smooth and easy, which makes the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd time stayed at alvin’s condo, felt like my own place,. In a great location, close to major highways and mall. A lot food places around the area. The unit itself was pefect fit for 1-2 person. Nice living room and full kitchen. Highly recommend the place specially for longer stay. As always, thank you so much alvin and to his parents for accommdating!

We had a great time during our stay in Sarah's place! Everything we needed was provided. It also near places like conveniemce stores and restaurants. Sarah also provided complimentary snacks and coffee! The place was well maintained and we felt right at home in it.

The kids loved the place and enjoyed the board games they’ve provided in the unit. The owner was accommodating and answered all my queries, she even facilitated securing us a parking slot during our stay.
