A place with a really relaxing and quiet setting, ideal for clearing your head and enjoying time with friends or family. The only neighbours are the goldfish in the pond and the cows in the surrounding plots 😄😄😄 Really satisfied with this booking 👌👌

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

We had a lovely stay! The setting is nice, especially the proximity to the lake, you need to plan to have a car for shops (5/10 min to the nearest). Well located, lots to do in the area. Johan is very responsive: we had a small problem with the WiFi which was resolved very quickly. We would not hesitate to return when we return to the area.

Wonderful family weekend in this beautiful house. The numerous rooms allow everyone to have their own space. Jo and Anita are very welcoming and accommodating. Once again, thank you for everything. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful house.

We really enjoyed Frédérique and Jacques' cottage. Extremely well equipped, with very nice little details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the little welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

We stayed one night as a family with our 3-month-old baby. Everything went well, the accommodation is clean and well located. Please note that there is no elevator to access the accommodation if you have a stroller. Our baby suffered from the lack of air conditioning (hot weather that we didn't expect) but fortunately there was a small fan for naps and at night!

Sylvie is a very welcoming and accommodating host (we were without a car and she offered to drop us off in town). Listing is as described, it feels good and everything is new and quality. Finally, the views of the lake and mountains are really great. We recommend 👍

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is clean, with all the amenities available. The accommodation has everything, which makes life easier for short stays (paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.) The accommodation is very well located, right in the city centre, with a view of the lake. access is autonomous. We had a great time at Coralie's place. The environment is splendid and there's no better way to wake up in the morning than to open the curtains and have this view! 🏞 A real change of scenery even for a few days, it was great! clean and pleasant 👍🏼 places, the big plus: the parking space and the air conditioning!

Laure's apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, cinema, swimming pool, restaurants and small shops, ideal for doing everything on foot once the car is easily parked in front of the residence (many free parking spaces nearby). The apartment is very clean and well arranged and what a view, a real treat for the eyes! Thanks to Laure for her responsiveness and for her very clear instructions.

Like last time.. Top.. Top.. The morning coffee facing the lake, and the aperitif right on the foot.. So nice.. The pkageca side, the children went there qd they wanted to.. Very friendly Henri, Françoise and Christelle too 😁 We'll definitely be right back..

Old house, clean and comfortable to live in because it is very well equipped (dishes, grocery store, games/books, freezer, barbecue...). We also really appreciated that towels were provided and beds were made upon arrival! The garden with direct access to the lake via the dock, is a major asset that contributes to the charm of the place. Marion is a considerate, accommodating host, with whom communication was very easy. The check-in and check-out management with Celine took place in a simple and seamless way. A big thank you to both of you! In short, this is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and have a great time with family or a group of friends!

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

very welcoming accommodation, very well kept, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. inside and outside at the top. we spent a weekend with the children and small children (9) to water my retirement. young and old were delighted. Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.

Barbara is the best host you can imagine!!! She is happy when you are. You feel welcome from the first minute. The house is just beautifull and provides everything you need. The garden is amazing to read, eat and enjoy the nature and the river. It wasn't just a holiday, it was an experience!! We would love to come back!!
