Monthly Rentals in Pakefield

Highly recommend Philips lovely house, the location is perfect, nice walk along coast to Lowestoft, and Southwold only 20mins drive. Also visited Aldeburgh which is definitely worth a visit. The house is very comfortable with all mod cons, it felt like a real home from home. It was super clean, the bits and pieces for our dog (bowls, poo bags, towels etc) were much appreciated as were the goodies for us. Philip was a wonderful host, very responsive and great instructions.

Our family of Mum, Dad, Nana, 2 children and our labrador had a wonderful 4 night stay and we were extremely impressed with the size of the house and how clean it is! The bedrooms are lovely and we made a huge roast dinner on Easter Sunday and enjoyed eating at the dining table together. The house has everything you need to feel like a home from home. Just a short walk to Pakefield beach and a short drive to Yarmouth and Southwold. Our children had such a lovely time being so close to the beach and outdoors. Downstairs shower room was very handy! Great value for money and we would definitely recommend and stay again 🙂

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.
