Welcome to authentic Finnish country living in a more than 100-year-old log cabin, surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature. A former tyre workshop invites you to slow down: old logs, the tranquillity of nature and a traditional sauna provide the perfect setting for a holiday where you can leave your everyday worries behind. My days are filled with little joys: hoeing the vegetable garden, looking after the chickens, and cycling to the lake for a swim. You can fish or sit on the jetty as the sun goes down, and end the day with a relaxing sauna. The nights are quiet and bright – just like the old days

Come and spend sunny spring days in Sysmä! A secluded old farm with modern amenities! The nearest neighbor is 600 m away. Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowboat.

You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

The large lake terrace is most likely the most beautiful living room where you have watched nature shows.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay, where the great outdoor terrain starts right from your own yard. Our cottage has an electric sauna and a 5-minute walk to the area's communal beach and a wood-heated beach sauna. The comfort is enhanced by the dishwasher and the cooling of the air heat pump. In the summer, there is a trampoline in the yard. Our family has a dog, so guests' small furry friends are also welcome. The neighbors are in a cabin nearby, so we hope guests will also take this into account.

The traditional wood-fired sauna offers relaxing steam, and after the sauna you can dive straight into the clear waters of Lake Päijänne.

Outdoor terrain right in the backyard and a short distance to the ski slope in winter. In the wooden sauna, you can enjoy the warm steam and the fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. The sauna cabin is also pet-friendly and there is a large fenced area in the yard, so your pet can be safely outdoors.

Alakerrassa erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2kpl 140cm leveitä parisänkyjä. Lisäksi oleskelutilassa on 100cm leveä sänky ja olohuoneen sohvalla voi majoittua 1-2 henkilöä. A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

The property has all the basic amenities in addition to a sauna, hot tub, large covered terrace, drying cabinet, wine cabinet, comprehensive dishes and a gas grill. Distance to Himos 10 km and distance to the lake 300 meters. The reservation includes linen, towels and the use of a hot tub at no extra charge.
