Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Tule viettämään kesäpäiviä laadukkaaseen vapaa-ajan asuntoon ja viimeisteltyyn puutarhaan Päijänteen rannalla. Asuinrakennus on juuri remontointu ja siinä on kaikki nykyaikaiset mukavuudet sisävessasta astianpesukoneeseen. Pieni 2–3 henkilön sauna on asuinrakennuksen yhteydessä. Lähimpään naapuriin on 600 metriä. Tontti on avara ja valoisa. Autolla pääsee rakennuksen viereen. Vapaa-ajan asunto on omassa vakituisessa käytössämme ja vuokraamme sitä ollessamme muualla. Pinta-ala noin 65m2.

Villa Mustikkamäki is a modern, stylish Honkarakenne log-house in a tranquil lakeside setting. It was built in 2022. It is located in idyllic Vuolenkoski village on the shore of a peaceful lake. Distance by car: Helsinki Airport 144km Lahti 48km Heinola 37km Vierumäki 23km Supermarket 8km The heart of the Villa is the open plan living room with large scenic windows that bring the surrounding nature indoors. A separate sauna building and a hot tub are located near the lake shore.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
