Welcome to Joutsan Joutiinen, a peaceful holiday village in the middle of nature! Step into the world of our renovated townhouse, which opens up to the delightful forested lake views of Puttolanselä. In the Swan Pond area, you can enjoy not only great outdoor terrain, but also a stunning, shallow sandy beach, a cozy barbecue area, as well as two tennis courts. Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

Lakeside 90 min from Helsinki

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

This idyllic lakefront cottage makes it easy to relax! The cute cottage is suitable for a couple, one person or a small family. No nearby neighbors & pets okay! A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

The apartment has been renovated 7/2023. Laune is a peaceful detached area. No thoroughfare traffic. The center is nearby (< 2 km) and well connected by car, bike and walk. There is a free and safe place for the car in the yard (recording camera surveillance). The lake is accessible from your own beach. A rowing boat is in use. The actual stay is in a guesthouse right on the beach. It's easy to stay with linens and towels. This is where everyday life is forgotten. Great location, privacy, close to the services of Lahti, Vääksy and Vierumäki.

A tidy 55 m2 apartment with a sauna and air conditioning in a peaceful housing company in a top location in the immediate vicinity of the Sibelius Hall and the harbour services. Mm.
